Established in 1999.

Originally Electronic Equipment Co., the business was acquired in 1999 by Master International Corp. The name was changed to Electronic Components & Equipment Co, then to Master Distributors. It is now Master Electronics, Inc as the name better describes the industry we serve and the suppliers and customers we support.
