So it’s lunchtime. I’ve been waiting in line for 15 minutes. There are about 10 people in line before me. There is only one person taking orders at the counter! This person is also getting the food for the order. I don’t know how a restaurant can use this as a business model. There are other employees here. There are several people working for drive through but there is only one person at the front counter. This is kinda ridiculous a waste of resources and the time of the customers.

I understand that when you close an establishment all employees expect that hour, but to get to this mc donalds first person wanted to go was the manager who was at that time, besides his attitude and his face at all it was enjoyable from the moment you enter the restaurant, very poor service
