This place was awesome. Gustavo really listened to what I wanted, and helped me get the car I was looking for. Jay was not pushy, and worked with me to get me to a price I was hoping for. And Raul was able to get me some great insurance at an insane price. All around great experience.

I had the pleasure of having my BMW repaired at Metro Ford recently, following an accident I was involved in, and I have to say I am so pleased with the results! I’ve taken my car to other shops to have body work and have always noticed minor blemishes, but not this time! Everything came out perfect. I doubt even a well trained eye could detect work has been done on the car, it’s as good as new! All the staff were also very kind and attentive. They kept me informed during every stop of the process and Roger Galindo, the body shop manager, was nothing short of wonderful. He was always available to take my calls and questions! I would highly recommend the body shop at Metro Ford to anyone. Thank you so much for all your help! You guys are the best!

After spending over 4 hours in the dealership and after thinking my deal was done, a ton of hidden fees. Go else where to buy a car. The sales associates here need better training and need to do a better job at saving the customers time. They aren’t the only Ford dealer in South Florida.

Worced dealership ever not enough that there are careless even cheat on they costumers… And when you try to get a hold of them they disappear!!!
Unfortunately I got me new car mid December and I returned my old lease car to them!!!
But this funny guys didn’t pay the old car of like they should so I payed 7 weeks for something what I don’t have!!!
If you are smart don’t buy a car there!!!
After passing by to the dealership and a manager helped me out everything got straitened out … Cost me a half a day to solve that:-(
And shows me just one person with brain is not enough to run a dealership!!!

My husband is ecstatic with his transactions at this dealership. He was able to trade in his old truck and get a new one. They paid a bit less for the trade in but worked with him until he was pleased with outcome.
There’s a room for kids but needs to be updated with more toys. It does however come in handy when you have no option but to take your kids with you and need a little time to concentrate on paperwork.
Bathrooms were clean.
Staff was very courteous.

Bait and switch me with two F-​150! We drove only 3 hours to hear a whole bunch of lies! Buyers beware!!!

I’m not quite sure why takes so long to get an oil change on a Saturday morning when you have an appointment! But $ 28 for synthetic oil and a tire rotation it’s not a bad price.

I’ve decided to wait for the 2016 models, so 2 – 3 months from now. My only contact with this dealership was one hour on site with a young man (Javi), who as much as he tried to answer my questions he was not able to do so. He took us on a drive test without checking our driver licenses nor putting a tag number on the tested vehicle. (Not criticizing, just saying… not sure what the rule is)
I left, I gave him my e-​mail address and my cell phone number and I told him to contact me if he finds something that matches my needs (I had 3 requirements). I was called 2 days later by another gentleman (tony) (we talked maybe 3 minutes) who told me that I should hurry up, because is the end of the month and bla bla bla (all about him). I asked to send me what they have on my e-​mail address, since I lost already one hour with the previous guy, I don’t live next door and simply I can’t afford to go there only to be told that my options are not available on the trim I want. He replied that he can’t do that, and that I have to go there in order to play their negotiations game (which I hate, and I specifically asked them not to do that. I need the bottom line, I want to close the deal in 1 hour)…therefore I did some research during the week and I decided to wait 2 – 3 more months until the new models are coming and get what I need and not what they want to sell. When I was called to confirm my visit on site I communicated to tony that I want to wait until the new models are coming… he gets all upset (on the phone) and starts telling me how I wasted his time, his boss’s time and that I am not a serious client and all that. I had no options but to apologize and politely wish him a nice life… BREAKING NEWS: it’s not about you, tony!!! You are in sales!!! It was your option to work on commission and not mine!!! Ps: Wendy’s pays hourly so nobody will mess with your precious time! Shame on you!
I am choosing 3 starts because the dealership does look good, including a play room for the kids. I would give the dealership 5 starts and tony 0 star…

Do not go here on Saturday even if you have appointment.4.5 hours later I am still waiting for my oil change done. Appointments are useless.

This is my go to place to buy cars. I just got my Ford Flex from Bill Rodriguez and he found the exact one I wanted. This is my 7^th car that I buy with him. I went on Thursday, I told him how I wanted the car and he gave me the numbers. Once he brought the car in it was exactly what we talked about. The used dept was great. They had a nice variety of vehicles. So if you want a ford go to Metro ford and ask for Bill Rodriguez. He’s the best salesman in the business.

I went to Metro Ford to purchase my soon to be16 year old son a used Ford F150. I went to Metro Fords because it is a large car dealership, not a buy here/​pay here mom and pop shop. I told them how much I have to spend for this truck before I drove to the dealership and Carlos told me that they can make it work. I thought that everything on the truck would be working and to my surprise, there used cars don’t all work. Nobody at the dealership told me that the sunroof in the car was not working (but yet they showed a nice picture of it online). The sales Manager Bill Rodriguez said to me and I quote, «You don’t have to buy the truck here. You can buy from someplace else.» I found him to be very rude and not customer friendly at all. I went to a car dealership 30 miles from my house (passing many others) not to have these problems yet I did. Really Unhappy.

Got here at 745am for an oil change and complimentary car wash. It’s now 11am, still here with no word/​no sign of my car. Slow service! Unimpressed!
Finally got my car at 1120am. Over 3.5 hours for an oil change??? The ‘complimentary’ car wash is a waste of time. Burned an extra hour waiting on the car wash only to find the car had barely been cleaned. Why even bother offer a service (free or not) if you won’t do it well? Mike the service tech was nice but be upfront with customers about how long servicing takes — I was told 1.5 hrs and I was one of the first there. Also, tell the cashier to lose the sass!

I have purchased three cars with Ford, two of them at Metro Ford. Compared to other dealerships they are way above standard. I dont understand the bad reviews here about service because every time I have bought my car in for service they are 100% about the customer. From giving me a ride somewhere to even offering a loaner if I have warranty repairs. If someone is not satisfied they have a service department manager that will take good care of you!

Bought a car from a pushy salesperson because it was a good deal. When they gave me the keys it was missing the floor mats and second key. Shady salesperson in a dirty environment give this place 2 stars. Thats not all, RICK the salesperson was extremely disrespectful on the phone when i called in to get my tag transferred.

I purchased a 2015 Ford C-​Max Energi. The sales team were very professional. Specifically, Jose Milian was extremely helpful in finding the car and features I wanted. Together with Jose and another sales person, I test drove several different cars. When it came to negotiating my deal, Jose stepped up to the plate and found the best deal for me. At one point, I had him comparing the best deals on purchasing a new C-​Max, leasing the Energi plug-​in model, and even seeing what kind of deal I could get on a demo car. He researched all the incentives, rebates, and leasing specials to find out which worked best for me. I was very impressed! He even managed to get the hitch that holds my bicycle rack transferred to my new car as part of the deal! Everyone at the dealership, including the service department, were very nice. The service manager kept me constantly informed about what was going on with the processing of my new car (and the hitch transfer). When the hitch transfer was delayed due to service back-​up, I was offered a ride home so that I could wait in comfort in my house until my new car was ready! After I got my new car, the salesman Jose went over everything about the car with me. Actually, that is impossible with all the new technology in the C-​Max Energi. Jose called me the day after the sale to see if I had any questions, and insisted I stop in and see him so that he could show me a few things about the Synch MyFord Touch and Navigation system. All in all, my buying experience at Metro Ford was really outstanding!

So let me get this straight
If you walk in to buy a car the staff is all over you super friendly and attentive .
Bring your car into the same dealership you purchased you car from and the nice salesmen and the treat you like crap.
I’ve been sitting in the waiting room since 7am
After all the staff jokes and smoke breaks they finally attend to me that was about 7:30.
Now it’s 12 pm and I’m still waiting for the driver to take me to the office since 8am but he“s supposedly still on his way since 8am wow
Horrible experience.

Purchased an escape from here about two years ago. We made several requests for quotes on additional parts for our purchase with no response. The service department is slow and lacks professionalism. Just recently had a recall on an air bag and also had routine maintenance performed as well. It took 5 days to complete the work with no offer of a loaner car and when I showed to get the car an older gentleman in the service department handed me the keys and pointed where it was parked in the lot. I have never had a dealership tell me to get me own car. Needless to say we can’t wait to return the car in a year when the lease is up and never return.

I leased a Ford Escape 2015, the salesman was awesome, awesome, very willing and patience about my questions and explaining all about the car and the papers i needed. He helped me a lot and i recommend this place for that.
The place is clean and neat, with stuff to drink and wait and wifi.
Although the salesman was great beware about the financial guys, i can’t say the same. The lowest lowest grade, they help me with all the paperwork as they should in order to make the deal of course but always on a harry and wanting me to sing everything without questions, not clear at all about the final numbers on the car, discounts that i have right to and payments. I really don’t know what was the cost of the car so far because they couldn’t explain clearly the numbers.
An exhausting 9hrs day but i have the car.

I bought a used vehicle here and drove it to california where I live.
While the vehicle is fine the problems I’ve had having anyone return my call regarding my registration have been utterly ridiculous.
They had no problem calling when trying to sell me a vehicle but have ZERO communication when it comes to the resolution of my car tags.
Beyond bad customer service

If you are looking for a professional and honest car dealership, then WALK AWAY FROM METRO FORD!!!
We agreed on a price for a used car but could not buy it on the day because we were missing some papers for the financing.
We had to come back the next day, a 45 minutes drive each way.
Metro Ford called us about 3 times to make sure we were coming. YES, we were on our way.
Once at the car dealership, we sat around a table to sign the papers. The salesman Went to see his manager and came back, saying that he wanted to speak with us.
we left the table to go into the ‘manager’s office’ and there, the guy told us in a very rude and aggressive way that there was no way he was going to sell the car to us on the price HE agreed the day before! We stood up and left.
Thanks for loosing our time, you thieves!!!

The treatment we got in the service department was excellent! Our 2007 Ford Escape hybrid was having brake issues that Larry’s Service Center couldn’t address. We had the Escape towed to Metro as it’s the closest to the house, and were unsure what to expect.
First of all, they have a rental service on-​site, so no need to hang around or bum a ride from your friend. Rental fees are reasonable, ~$ 50 a day for a small SUV, less if you take a car.
Fernando, the service manager we dealt with, was great. Very communicative, explained things in good detail. Our situation was not very cut and dried, as our car has high mileage and any repair we make is likely to be more than the value of the car. Fernando totally got that and was very clear that if he took step 1, and the car wasn’t fixed, step 2 might be more than the car was worth. He gave us all the information we needed in order to make a decision.
We were delighted when he called us a few days later to say that step 1 worked! WHOHOO! We drove up there on a Saturday, paid for the rental and the repair, and were about to drive off when we noticed that the brake light was on. GRR!!! Darren, the guy helping us (maybe his name was Derrick?) was genuinely upset that this happened, and arranged for us to keep the rental at no charge! Very nice touch that ameliorated the irritation at 1+ hours wasted going up there.
Ultimately, the cost to repair the car fully was going to be in excess of $ 4,000, so we took a pass, but I thought the whole process was a painless as could be expected.

Leonard Quintana is the man !! he has a very good attitude and desire to serve the customers. I have service my car in other places, but I believe that here is were I am going to stay. They have good and honest prices, and a clean quiet waiting room with wi-​fi.
The only thing I would recommend them is to give a complementary car wash like other places In other places the

Been good in past ! This time they did not test drive after repair otherwise they would not have called me to tell me it was ready and waste 2 hrs of my time
They would have a 1 if it wasn’t for the friendliness of the staff
Except for the cashier who needs to learn how to think on her feet rather than fall back on its «policy see it’s written on the form »
