Established in 2011.

Chef Hansel Eric Stein, owner of Miami Chef On Demand started this company at the end of 2010 after working in the culinary/​catering field for many years at different restaurants and hotels and realizing there was a specific need for a premium, more exclusive and finer catering service.

Our Peruvian roots, allow us to enjoy the privilege of playing with latin flavors and spices, combining them to perfection with the best seasonal product we can find on the local market and bringing our creations to your table with a simple goal: To WOW you and your guest.
