Great staff checking in was a breeze checking out not so much. Waited on staff member to acknowledge me had to move to other staff member who was very helpful and polite. Dentist was super sweet and helped in keeping my son calm. Assistant was also very sweet and very patient when my son was very afraid. Aside from the staff office is in a good location super easy to find and very clean. Office is also very modern little to no wait time.

La persona encargada de manejar los seguros es una inepta en todo el sentido de la palabra, desde hace un mes pedi mi cita y un viernes a las 5:10 me llama para indicarme que el seguro estaba incactiv y que cancelaba la cita que un mes antes habia solicitado. Llame a mi seguro y lo unico que debia hacer era llamar al sistema automatizado de Amerigrup y pedir un fax con la informacion de mi hijo para activarlo y la respuesta de ella fue que no lo haria. Una verguenza que personas con tan corta capacidad y deseo de atencion esten a cargo de otorgar citas y manejar los seguros medicos. Asi que perdi un mes para buscar una clinica dental donde si deseen trabajar. Si puediera dar menos diez estrellas lo haria.

I had a 10am appointment for my son. I had spoken to the office staff two days prior to confirm. When I walked in, there were 8 children in the waiting room with their parents and I was told that there were 4 ahead of my son. I understand that appointments sometimes run over and that they take their time with children so that they don’t have a bad experience and I also understand that August is a busy month with everyone going back to school, but don’t schedule them so tightly that you are running that far behind. I was not willing to wait more than ½ hour and they could not estimate how long it would be, so we left and I cannot comment on how the staff and dentist are.
