Miami Printing

I used this company for business cards and was pleasantly surprised by the service, so I gave them two more, more extensive jobs. After sending numerous emails to Raphael and calling, I never heard back. Several months later, I called regarding another job. Again, Raphael said to send an email and they would take care of it. I never heard back. I called and left a message about the lack of service and never received a return call. These people are unprofessional and unresponsive. For those considering them for print jobs, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I wish I could give a good review. But for the time lost waiting for the work I cannot! I understand that everyone has a lot of work. But after meeting in Rafael’s office, I called to find out was going on, sent emails, and never had answer. a total lack of professionalism !!! I needed some business cards for an event with urgency ! He would have said that He could not do it or at least answer my emails and calls !!! I see other comments similar to mine. Unfortunately I’ve not read before. and honestly … People who give five stars, I do not think they are real honest or real customers. Honestly, I do not recommend this place !!!

I wrote multiple emails after visiting the owner at his hole in the wall office. I never got any response. His customer service sucks. The office is very dirty no décor no nothing. It is the size of a bathroom. No printers here the owner sends it to someone else to get printed. Skip the middle man and find someone that talks back to you and cares about what his environment looks like.

We needed something quickly done for our company so we went on Unilocal and searched for the closest printing service to our company’s location. Couple of results popped up, I followed my intuition and went with Miami Printing and that was the best decision. I know that now because we continued working with them ever since. In two weeks only, since we just opened, we did many projects together successfully and its such a pleasure working with Miami Printing’s team. Rafael (the owner) and his wife are the sweetest people and their service is superior. Everything is done quickly and efficiently, the quality of their products is just perfect.
Thank you guys for an amazing work, and I am really looking forward to our new project that you ll help us with.

Short and sweet, I needed something quickly turned around and Rafael was quick to respond to my email with a quote that was very reasonable. It was a simple project but I will definitely turn to Miami Printing in the future to explore what he can do for other tasks.
Pro tip: Located off of Flagler in Downtown Miami, if you are driving there just to pick up your order, parking is going to be a pain. I found a garage at the intersection of NE 2^nd St and NE 2^nd Ave that is free for 30 minutes. I was able to get to Miami Printing and back in time to not have to pay a dime.

I hate to leave a negative comment after a positive one. I have tried contacting them for a quote on an order I wanted to place. I sent two emails and had two additional phone calls where a guy named Rafael promised to get back to me. Nothing. This all over a span of two weeks. I really wanted to support a local business but unfortunately it’s not going to be this one.

I called and spoke with Rafael and he was nothing less helpful and professional. I emailed him the layout and within a day he had a design that was perfect and more.
It didn’t take him long before he emailed me back and told me the cards were ready. Very Impressed. Great Job !!

Miami printing is amazing! Not only did they take my design and improved it but they delivered the faster time than I expected! I had ordered 2500 Flyers that came out and crisp, rich, amazing colors! I personally went to Miami Printing and showed them my design on a PSD file. Not only did they look at it but they improved it so that my printing would come out better than what I expected. Rafael showed me on the computer and suggested a few minor changes to improve the quality of my print (After all, they know what’s going to happen to the print before comes out). It was then that he showed me what needed to be changed and when I received my flyers they were perfect! Whoever is out there looking at printing business cards, flyers, or any type of paper print… Definitely call these people and they will so hook you up!
