Absolutely one of my new favorite shops!!! It has a very clean look when you walk inside. The staff is amazingly kind, helpful and sweet. They meet all your needs at a great price. So close to the house and so man other shops. It’s convenient, the staff is knowledgeable and the prices are amazing what more do you need.

Victor and Joel were awesome and very helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend this place and will be back

ATROCIOUSLY OVERPRICED HEADSHOP I’ve ever been in. They are selling items that cost $ 2 from China for $ 20 that can be had at other local head shops down the street for $ 9.99. What a JOKE. NEVER REFERRING CLIENTS HERE. Unless they are okay with paying a 200% premium and getting robbed.
Employee working there at 12 today on Oct 2^nd doesn’t know how to bargain or offer lower prices.

If we’re in the area we would stop by again. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

For the most part if you’ve been to one smoke shop you have been to them all, this is not the case here. What sets this place apart was the amazing attention I received. Usually at a smoke smoke shop you get a small greeting or basically what you want but here he asked how are you and without asking me what I wanted gave me a tour of all the products and new stuff around. I was really interested in the E-​Cigarettes and I may now even drop cigarettes because of this man Victor’s attention. Come here for a unique smoke shop hospitality experience. They are top notch for your tobacco, e-​cigarette and excellent pipe selection needs.

I used to come here all the time, they had decent prices on some pieces, and the staff was always nice. Lately though they’ve been very overpriced and rude. Not much to choose from either. There’s plenty of other shops that are actually helpful and reasonable in the area.

Great place with huge variety, friendly staff members. They also give discounts to nearby residents (those who live in the 33 137 area code). Definitely recommend coming here for your all «Tobacco» related needs and purchases.

Ended up here with one thing in mind after searching other shops in the area with pretty crappy inventories. I was happily surprised by a wide selection of accessories and glass pieces. The guy who was working there (possibly the owner) was extremely helpful and really friendly to us. Was willing to show us how some of the water pipes functioned and gave us an awesome deal on the piece we finally decided on. He also threw in some freebies with the purchase, always a nice touch. Safe to say I will defintely be returning in the future.

Went into the store before closing time and found what I want it. On top of that, they gave me a discount because of my birthday. How cool is that. Best shop in midtown. Great new selection of items. Must GOOOOO!

After getting a hookah for Christmas, I took to Amazon to try and find all the goodies needed for an ideal hookah experience. What I was met with was proof of the continued need for personal service (that is, brick and mortar locales) in a world of ever-​growing choice.
Yes, on the one hand, it’s great to have hundreds (if not thousands) of sellers vying for your monies, each competing by way of lower prices. However, if you’re a novice (as I was/​am), myriad avenues of varying information can prove more confusing than helpful.
Where I browsed the interwebs for hours to try and figure the best coals, shisha, water levels, etc., it took me all of ten minutes at the Midtown Smokeshop to get all my questions answered.
The dude behind the counter (whose name escapes me) was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about hookah, which is important (even if illusory) toward making you, the buyer, feel like you’re being helped instead of baited. I’m sure you, too, can appreciate the importance in this distinction.
While likely a little pricier than just buying your supplies online, Midtown Smokeshop offers a bit more in the way of service, which more than makes up for the slightly higher prices.

It is a shame that the owner (I am assuming employee because I cannot imagine someone acting as unempathetic as who I encountered) has to be at their business at all times to avoid situations like this. I visited at around 6pm and the door was locked and sign said closed. This Google location said open and until 10 so I called the number on file. Was told the worker may have been in the restroom and that he would call him up. I guess I interrupted a great shit, bc he clearly acted like he still had it in him. Will not disregard this place for this one instance, but that was an uncomfortable few min in my interruption of his (work) day. A smile goes a long way. unfortunately, a bad attitude has a much more lasting effect.

I tried to stop by here several different times (three different days, all at different times, to be exact). Every time I went they had a «We’ll be back in.» sign. Is this business a front? How are they making money if they are always closed when they are supposed to be open?
I rather spend my money somewhere it is wanted. Thanks!

Best smoke shop is SFL. The guy who was there was super friendly and helpful. Their prices on all their glass is the best in the area, which is surprising for their location. I accidently stumbled upon the shop when i was getting a haircut next door, and though i would pop in to check it out. I was glad i did. Great service and great prices. I believe he was the owner and went way out of his way to make sure i got what i wanted. He answered all the questions i had and made me feel right at home. They are also an authorized Roor dealer which is a huge plus for me. I will be going back here for all my smoking needs. They also have cigars, papers, and every accessory you can think of. I really hope this place stays open because there are ZERO shops in this area, and with the great prices and friendly service it really needs to stay here. You will not be disappointed with this place.
