We are meeting planners and deal with printers in most cities we travel. Ray and his team at this Minuteman Press are absolutely STELLAR. we have had several changes on a large abstract book we had to print on a tight turnaround — Ray was most kind to allow us to change this and delivered an impeccable job. He was prompt, courteous and knew his work! He guided us in getting the best our of our buck and made valuable suggestions to our printing needs (we had printed a large vinyl banner, four large posters, flyers and a massive quantity of program books.
Bravo to Ray and many thanks for helping us present ourselves with an impeccable product!

Family run franchise, with an emphasis on personalized customer service. The owner, a Persian family, Fahimeh and Ray D. are extremely involved in the business and try to ensure their clients are satisfied.
We have used them for big projects as well as small, and continue to use them for our business cards, envelopes, etc. The only thing negative I have to say about the business is that there is no sense of extreme urgency. Yet, if we indicate that we need the items back for draft and finalized ASAP, Fahimeh has the in-​house graphic designer get on it. They have yet to develop a system of organized production, so if you are looking for printing on a larger, commercial scale, I’d say go to a different company, but if you are a local business, looking to support locally run businesses, I would definitely give them a go.
The up side is that they will do anything in their power to rectify a situation in the event you are not happy, where as with a larger company, you are just a client number (with an outstanding invoice.)
