History

Established in 2009.

After gaining experience in medium to large architecture firms, Principal Randall Moreland decided to focus his passion for thoughtfully considered, beautiful, and eco-​friendly design on homes, retail spaces, and adaptive reuse projects. MA+SD has grown into a highly respected practice with a reputation for honesty and integrity, and has gained recognition in numerous local and national publications.

MA+SD principal Randall Moreland is acting co-​chair of the AIA Miami Committee on the Environment (COTE), has been featured as the AIA Florida /​Caribbean Architect Spotlight Emerging Professional in recognition of his sustainability work, and has recently completed the City of Miami’s first LEED Platinum single family residential project. Since earning his real estate license, Mr. Moreland has enjoyed working with clients interested in walkable neighborhoods, resource efficiency, and purchasing a home with confidence that a renovation or addition can produce the dream home he or she has always wanted.
