My Florida Party Rental

I use Unilocal a lot to find great restaurants and have never been let down. I don’t know how My Florida Party Rental company has 4 stars. My experience with them was awful! I rented tables, linens and chairs for my wedding. They didn’t have the color table cloths I asked for a month out and they almost didn’t even deliver. Saying I didn’t pay. All this company wants is cash so they don’t have to pay taxes. I will NEVER use this company again and I advise you not to.

We have used My Florida Party Rental several times, Always prompt, friendly service and high quality.
Delivery and pick up is made easy. The drivers usually show up early. They always call to confirm. We’ve used them at least four times and every time we do they make it easy. There’s a reason we keep using them! Highly recommended great service and quality bounce houses.

I rented 36 tables and chairs for my daughters 4Th birthday party. The company told me the would be delivered between 2:30 — 5:30 the day before the event. The driver arrived at 1:40 and said he was there to deliver the chairs, I told him I am not near the event location and they gave me a window between 2:30 — 5:30. He seemed extremely annoyed that I wasn’t there and told them they will have to wait. Upon my arrival of the party location I called them to let them I know I was here. I waited 20mons before I called them again to ask them when they were coming in to set up. Which the driver replied you did not pay for set up. I told him I did and pulled up my invoice which did not show on his. He then had to call the office for proof and finally came in to set up. He acted very annoyed that he had to setup, but wasn’t that his job? After setting up I did some rearranging myself of the chairs and noticed 18 of those chairs which were the kids chairs were filthy! These beautiful white chairs were dusty black. I then had to clean all the chairs myself and called the office immediately where I spoke to Scarlett. She said please text my boss and send him pictures. I never heard back from the owner or Scarlett. Clearly the don’t care. :(

I needed a last minute bounce house for my super bowl party and My Florida Party Rental was wonderful! They made the entire experience fast and seamless. I didn’t plan on needing a bounce house until the day before my party… and when I made a desperate phone call on Saturday morning, Amy was more than happy to help! She organized everything over the phone and had the bounce house delivered by 9AM the following day! The price was right and the customer service was excellent! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
