Normally, I hate having to call locksmiths as they take forever to get to your location and they take a while to get back into your car or home, and they’re super expensive.
I can tell you with certainty though, that My Locksmith is not your typically locksmith!
My friend who lives in Miami locked herself out of her apartment, so we had to call a locksmith, and seeing the great reviews of My Locksmith, we went with them. Best thing we ever did.
The locksmith’s name was Eli, and we told him the address and he knew the building, showed up in 3 minutes… seriously! I timed him. Not joking. Came to the apartment with his tools and got into the apartment in less than 2 minutes. He charged $ 75, which isn’t bad, and took credit cards, and then he was gone.
The whole process from phone call to getting into the apartment was less than 10 minutes!
I couldn’t believe it! That would’ve taken over an hour to several hours in Manhattan, and cost like $ 100-​$ 150…I know, I’ve done it before.
Eli, was the locksmith’s name who showed up, so make sure you ask for him!
HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a great experience with myLocksmith. Found this company on Unilocal.Decided to go with them seeing as they had good reviews. Was having issues with a door and lock on the back of my house. Called them late in the day and they sent somebody out the very next day first thing in the morning to come fix the issue. The worker was very professional, worked very fast and actually fixed my lock which turns out was previously installed incorrectly by another locksmith company. Cost of service was fair and reasonable for the work done. Was very happy with the work done and will definitely use this company again in the future.

My Locksmith and Eli, you are my life saver! We went out of town for Thanksgiving and realized that we had forgotten to leave the condo keys for our pet sitter. Out of panic we thought of a few things we could do, including overnighting it back to Miami for $ 150 bucks, or we even ordered a dup from Keyme. Nothing would get there fast enough before our pet would run out of water and food. It was a Thanksgiving nightmare until we called My Locksmith and Eli showed up within 30 minutes to work magic on the lock which allowed my pet sitter to get in. He even refilled the food and water for my bunny. Incredibly reliable and well priced! Everything worked out perfectly. We will definitely keep their contact!

I couldn’t have been more pleased with My Locksmith service. I was out of town on Thanksgiving Day and received a call that a pipe had burst in our apartment and that the fire department had to break into our place. The police told me they were going to leave my apartment with door open and that I needed to call a locksmith. That’s when I called My Locksmith. They sent someone out right away. They said they’d be there at 10:30, and to my surprise they arrived on time. Eli was awesome! He had the locks replaced in no time. I was so thankful to find a place that was so quick and reliable, especially on a holiday! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a locksmith!

These guys are great, I called in to replace a lock in our new office and the owner of the company came right away to get the job done.
He went way beyond expectations to satisfy me, as the customer.
The property manager walked along the hallway and told him he would have to match our new lock to a master key that the manager had, which meant more work for him. The manager was inpatient and asked the locksmith to return the following day, he did and got it all done and fixed for us. He also made extra keys for the new office.
All in all the pricing and service was tremendous.

In Miami, when you’re told «we’ll be there in 20 minutes,» it often means «we’ll see you in an hour, maybe.»
These guys said «we’ll be there in 20 minutes,» and you can imagine my surprise when they showed up in 15 minutes.
Also, I ended up paying less than I thought I would. Their prices are very reasonable!

I moved into a house with 3 different locks on 3 different doors, so I was walking around like a high school janitor. I was told by one locksmith that it was impossible to rekey the whole house on one system, which I found strange, but what do I know. After losing that wad of keys at a party, I gave My Locksmith a call and Eli was out within an hour or so.

Update: The door lock got jammed again, twice, probably because the door is impact resistant and the rods were getting jammed in the casing. Angel came back both times and stayed with it until he got it working.
Hoping that the third time is the charm, but I can’t fault MyLocksmith for anything.

I paid half as much as I would have if I had used the building’s «recommended» locksmith and my doors were left unscratched and the tech was capable of picking the lock without replacing it completely (something my previous locksmith told me was impossible).
They were faster, nicer, more courteous and cheaper than the last locksmith I called, so I’m saving their number and never trusting my door men again.
