Horrible. Sent wrong order. Burgers literally made me and my wife sick to our stomachs.

The worst expirience I’ve ever had just simply trying to order a pizza I couldn’t even finish my order, first I call and the guy answers says hello and hangs up on me before I could even say hi, then I call again I give him my address and he literally got the entire address wrong I correct him and we continues he repeats the credit card number back to me wrong, he talked to me the entire time like he didn’t care about me or my order he just wanted to hang up the phone, then when he was confirming all the information to me he reads the address wrong to me again, the guy literally sounded like he was drunk or on drugs while working!!! I corrected him again and then he said he got it and I said are u sure and he said very fast and gittery yeah yeah yeah, I knew for sure he was on cocain or some kind of other hype drug, I literally got scared to order from here and told hi. To forget my order and he just hung on me, I will never order from these people again, NEVER

Tasteless pizza in a semi-squalid NYC-subway station-type setting, New York Roma Pizza mostly works as a convenient Coconut Grove option for those who need a very fast, filling and cheap slice. Take out service(i.e., where you call in) is beyond incompetent, so avoid that at all costs. On a recent visit, we had the misfortune of encountering an incompetent staff person who forgot our take-out order we had called in and also forgot to put in the order the second time we tried in the store, too. Like a game of three card monty on a NYC street corner, a manager then implied we had not paid –after waiting for 45 minutes I could see how she might conveniently forget. Well beyond the threshold of «garden variety» incompetent service, Roma Pizza is a must to miss in my book.

it is a shame. you have great pizza but i go through grub hub, i have never had an on time driver and i am charged a 10 $ fee not including sales tax etc and before tip. I think you only live 4 miles away from me.

Really freaking horrifying. Flavourless slices, crunchy dough, worst tasting pizza in Miami. Place is crumby, they just don’t give a damn here. I ordered two slices, a veggie and a four cheese. Couldn’t finish either, and I can eat.

Great pizza at an extremely reasonable price. Not a wanna be hipster pizza place like others around but an old fashioned walk up and get a slice place.

I was in the area and in the mood for pizza. There are two pizzerias directly across from one another and debated which one I try. The reviews favored the other(more of a bar and grill) and I was in search of a «grab and go» so I gave this place a whirl. At first glance, the pies looked like they came out of a frozen pizza box. I was very close to leaving altogether without ordering but I am glad I battled it out. After my slice was reheated, the crust was slightly charred with a subtle crunch the way a New York crust ought to be. The slices are delicious and large but still overpriced at $ 5.25 per and could have used a bit more cheese and oil.

Used to be fantastic. A year ago I was hooked. However, after simple instructions my pizza shows up and completely falls apart. Over all flavor is ok but veggies were cold and crust barely cooked. Very disappointing.

Shocked at the reviews saying anything other than perfect pizza. I do think it’s worth waiting for fresh though. Plain cheese or white are heavenly. Hands on owner lives and breathes his pizza. Top 5 in Miami Dade that I’ve tried of 30 – 40. More research may prove the best we’ve had down here or outside the NY/NJ area.

This place is a joke another disappointment. If you want to order pizza and wait for over two hours to be told it’s on the way! Well it never showed! Called a dozen times and was given a dozen different times and excuses. This place sucks there customer service sucks!!!

Tasty pizza served fast. Whenever me and my SO want a quick nom on CocoWalk, we usually get slices of this pizzeria’s meat lovers and bbq chicken. The taste is consistently good, and the slices are thin with a satisfying crunch. Be aware of the 2 supreme pizzas, it is easy to mix up the regular slices with the meatless slices upon first glance. Not bad for grab n go pizza.

Beer and pizza; what else do you need!!! I’ve been coming to this place for years. It’s kind of a Grove landmark for me. I can stop in for a quick slice for during lunch or do some late night people watching sitting outside. They’ve got all different types of pizza, by the pie or by the slice, as well as some awesome calzones. They’ve always got some kind of house specialty pizza which is always worth trying. It’s definitely my go-to pizza place, although parking on the very limited

I called for delivery since my grandfather was too ill to drive, and they said the didn’t have the pizza that I asked for in the menu… What?! No toppings on a certain day available? And he wasn’t sorry about it… His attitude was just rude. Then I asked for a something else and he said they didn’t have that either so I said ok never mind then and hung up! What a terrible place. Hope it shuts down and they realize they are the worst pizza around.

Ordered delivery from here because it was the only place open late that would deliver to Coral Gables. The pizza was terrible. Thin weird crust and no flavor.

Great assortment of pizza. The crust is yum yum… owner is very friendly. Enjoyed the ham/pineapple and also a BBQ chicken pizza. Prices are good and you will think you are back in the Big Apple with the first bite. 4 stars just because location is very small. When is the pizza chain going to start! :-)
