After going to 3 different places to fix my ac this place found the problem.
These guys are extremely professional and for me the solved the problem for a reasonable price.
This place has been in business 35 years and has a great reputation.
I was recommended by 3 different people to go to o&a

Somehow my previous review was deleted. This place is a rip-​off. They tried to scam me out 1900 $ for something that was supposed to be fixed just reseting the computer in my vehicle. Thievery at its best.

You may think you’re getting great service but in fact they are taking you for a fool.
I was so infuriated with their business and ethics that I had to write this review. I recently went to O &A Auto Air to fix my A/​C. My A/​C only had 1 problem… it was stuck in defrost mode. Not only did I wait 1.5 hours for an estimate, but they told me I had to change my evaporator, accumulator drier, orfice tube, gas leak & aux fan relay totaling about $ 750! But little did the staff know that in Aug 2008 I was charged for exactly the same repair! It’s amazing, the estimate from Aug 2008 and today March 2012 were virtually identical! When I questioned it and told their staff, they started to change stuff around and cross things off (on the computer). They tried to tell me «well evaporators go bad every 3 years»!!! REALLY???
So I wondered: Is this what these guys do? Tell all their customers that their evaporators and aux fans are bad when in fact, they’re good?
And to top that off, they told me the estimate was going to be $ 65…but later tried to make me pay an extra $ 35 for some other BS GAS charge, but then took it off to try to make it look like they did me a favor. Well in the end I got pissed and asked for my car and didn’t pay anything.
When I took my car to another mechanic and they found and fixed the problem in 5 minutes! Literally…5 minutes! The cost…$ 5!!! Plus he checked my whole A/​C system and found nothing wrong with my aux fan relay, evaporator, plus no gas leaks. I’m absolutely appalled to believe that this is how they treat their customers! My evaporator is only 3.5 years old, and I’ve only put 20,000 miles on my car since then. Evaporators don’t go bad that fast… ever.
So whatever you do, do not go to this business. All they’re gonna do is take you for your money!
I went to their business in 2008 because I was told they were fair and honest. Trust me when I tell you… they are far from that.
Don’t go there, you’re better off with a street mechanic that in reffered to you.
