If your insurance is covering the repairs, this is certainly the place to go. Jay kept me informed throughout the process and the wait times were minimal. Had some small comments after the initial repair, but they took care of them quickly. And it was great having the rental right there. Makes one feel reassuring that if you get in an accident that you can be in good hands.
Oh, and I was very pleased that they offered to help out with the hard water stains on my car.

Staff was courteous and polite, returned my calls promptly, extremely helpful. Jesus Marcos did an excellent job of looking over my vehicle, explaining the damages to me and then the process and costs involved with repairing it back to new again. Thank you!

Came here because Toyota of North Miami could not fix my car and referred me here to get a part replaced.
They don’t really have a great seating area so waiting for your car to be repaired isn’t the best.
It took them three days to order the part, and they give you an estimate before you agree to the repair. I wasn’t thrilled that they charged me 1.2 hours for labor, and the actual repair literally took less than 25 minutes. I also looked online to see what the cost of the part is, and what they charged me for, and they were fair with the price of the part, but they get you by overcharging for labor fees.

It’s the worst one that I ever meet, they charges are crazy for fix the front door handle and paint. Bad! Bad! Bad!!!

The worst ! Do NOT trust Ismail who makes promises just to get your business and then conveniently «forgets» about his commitments. You will lose valuable time from your job to pick up your car which then will not be ready or not properly repaired. Tell Geico (if sent by them) that you want another repair shop, and take it to your dealer if paid by insurance.

Excellent service! I had my RAV 4 repaired there a while ago– I got the recommendation from Bruno at the North Miami Toyota Dealer, who was super nice and always accessible for questions. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the repairs done through my insurance company, but they gave me a very reasonable price and I actually ended up
paying LESS then their initial estimate. They also were very accommodating when I couldn’t pick the car up the day it was done– I was out of town and it was almost a week later when I finally picked it up. I guess their usual policy is to charge a daily rate for the lot, however they did not charge me anything for that. The work on the car was excellent– overall I was very happy and I’m sure to use them again… although I hope I won’t have to :-)

The service at this place is top notch. The staff is well-​spoken, polite, and knowledgable… and most of all fast! I would definitely recommended this business.

The work they do is wonderful you would never know my car was in an accident. They handled everything with my insurance company the estimate and the rental. They finished the work fast so I was in an out of the rental while it was still under the insurance

I left a bag in the rental car after I returned it when I picked up my car. Yeah, I know I shouldn’t have left it in there, but I forgot. When I called the next morning they claimed to not know anything about it. So yeah, they got 2 pairs of sunglasses, one Chanel and one Ray Bans along with all my study materials for my captain’s license.

Sorry to say this but these people don’t know what they’re doing! I had my scion fixed and had to take it back because it wasn’t running right after they repaired it! Plus the front bumper did not match up in the corners — it was popping out.

Horrible work. They painted my bumper and the colors don’t match. Very poor quality. Had to return 3 times due to their over spray and because they also did not instal the bolts that hold the bumper. I will never come here again. Waist of time and my car looks worse.

I dont want to be the only thorn in the bush here… but i was rear ended. Geico sent me to this body shop… customer service is GREAT! Tied together with the on-​site rental car company the transition was flawless. I wish the body shop matched the customer service… as far as the external portions of the car, it looked like i was never hit… great job! BUT! inspecting the car through the inside, they camoflauged the accident through the panels of the car. The final invoice read that my rear tail gate was replaced, when in fact it wasnt, same tail gate bent on the inside of the car, hidden becasue the outside panels and inside panels are covering it. When i pulled them off and displayed to them that the work was only covered… they immidiatly blamed the body shop and sent the car back. GREAT!!! i picked the car up the next day, per their request and still the tail gate was not replaced and they threw a story at me that clearly was to get them out of hot water… frustration kicked in and i wanted out!!! I caution you when getting work done in this place… clearly they have gotten away with many half assed jobs so be careful!!!

Just a heads up…
I went for an estimate for a bumper scratch on my car and the mechanic carelessly removed with his finger the paint that was still attached. Granted, the paint was chipping, but he chipped off what did not need to be chipped off in the surrounding area. When I asked him why he did that, he said «well it was eventually going to happen with rain and weathering!» I said its raining right now and it was hanging on strong. It was painfully unnecessary!
Moral: If you go for an estimate make sure they do not touch the area. They may make the cosmetic damage worse. And if you dont end up fixing it with them then you drive away with a car that looks even worse, like what happened to me. :(
