On Time Limo

DO NOT rent a limo from these people!!! Spare yourself the money. I would rather walk to my next event than rent from these people. Here is a summary of my experience with this limo company then I will go into detail so you can be the judge:
1) I booked On-​Time Limos for my wedding to transport myself, the bride, and the bridal party from the hotel to the wedding, wedding to reception, reception to hotel.
2) When they showed up to the hotel, it was the completely wrong limo
3) The driver came with a buddy in the passenger. Both were extremely rude and did not attend to my needs
4) The driver did not know how to work the A/​C in the limo so my bridal party was suffering in sweat for an hour trip until we arrived to the wedding. It was an April wedding in Miami and it was a HUGE relief to get down off that limo (even though the wedding was outside).
5) The driver stopped to gas up ON THE WAY to the wedding, making us late to MY OWN WEDDING!
6) The limo itself had not been cleaned from the previous party that had been using it. There was garbage (empty water bottles, used napkins, even throw up in a cup holder) all over the limo.
7) After all this ordeal, I called Jorge (owner) for a price adjustment after the hell this company had put me through. When I asked for the adjustment, Jorge was very unprofessional and literally cursed at me on the phone. He then called me back to apologize and work on an adjustment. He made a slight price adjustment and promised a free limo for future use (which I agreed to). When I called Jorge to book the free limo, he told me he was no longer part of the company so he cannot honor the limo ride and tried to get me to scheme against the new owner so he can cough some stuff up!
The only good that came from this company is the drive from the wedding to the hotel. The driver was very professional and had everything functioning (A/​C and all)!!!
So, you decide if you will book with this company! I know I will never be using them again. I thought I would be able to change my mind on this company with the free ride, but I didn’t even get a chance to. Good luck, all! You’ve been warned!
