One Price Dry Cleaning

They open at 8am every morning but I need to be at work by 9am so I had to wait 23 minutes till they showed up. I came every morning at 8am for the last week and they are never here. Wak

I dropped off a motorcycle vest to get 3 patches sewn on. It took 3 weeks to get back. There were 2 Daytona patches and 1 American flag patch. I was asked to text a photo of how I wanted the flag sewn on, stopped by to see if it was done a d it wasn’t then was asked to send the photo again. I just picked it up and my flag is pointed down slanted. I was told it would fit the way I want. I did a test fit before buying the patch and it would have. I should have known people in Miami don’t give two shits about the American flag. The patch cost me $ 50 and she could have called before disrespecting it. I couldn’t even get a refund for waiting so long and wasting my money by ruining my patch, they offered me credit. Who in the right mind would except the offer after what they did?
Cost me $ 40 to get these sewn on. So I wasted $ 90 (including the patch).

This dry cleaner lost a business shirt of mine over a month ago. since then the owner Javi has been playing a cat and mouse game with me. he has told me several times that he would credit my account for the shirt and that he will call me back on a specific day. he has not done either. This dry cleaner has also destroyed one of my other business shirts, It was returned to me with a huge rip around the cuff of the shirt. I am left with no option with the exception of taking them to court. That is what I will do after the holidays.
