One Two Tree

Horrible service, condescending employees and ridiculous prices. After being a customer for some time I was insulted and threatened with a non-​existent termination fee by an employee. I wrote and called management and was told by an employee a manager would call me upon returning from a business trip. Not surprisingly no one ever called. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

One Two Tree is fantastic.
When we bought our home, we knew we would be needing a tree removal service, but didn’t know how soon. there were 2 Royal Palms literally a few inches from our roof, and these palms towered high at 50 and 60 feet tall. Our concern was the fronds falling on and killing a child; falling from that height they have a lot of power. There was also a beautiful Royal Poinciana in the front less than a foot from our driveway (whose roots quickly started lifting our driveway).
Occasionally I would hear big thunks on the roof and wonder «what the heck?» We soon realized those were falling palm fronds and they were breaking our roof tiles. (and one almost landed on our dog). One day while relaxing outside we realized one of the huge palms had a family of woodpeckers living inside of it. meaning there was a large hole. Then we noticed a big crack that ran over 10′ long. It was time.
After 3 people came out to review and provide estimates, we knew One Two Tree was the company for us. They were very knowledgeable of the species of our trees, were friendly and easy to work with, timely with an estimate, and insured. Insurance is a big deal, especially since they needed to get on a lift, and since there was a risk of a palm tree going through our home.
They realized the one palm was a hazard and said it needed to come out before a hurricane came through or we may not have much of a home left once that tree feel through. While it is not as quick as getting an appointment for the following week, they are worth the wait. A hurricane (Erika) was headed our way, and despite the rain delays, they removed our palms just in time so there wouldn’t be an issue. thankfully Erika missed the mark anyway. When the damaged tree came down they realized it was actually much worse than originally anticipated; the tree was hollow a large way through, so the tree would have snapped quite easily.
Thank you to One Two Tree for getting on that lift and getting those palms out of here! :)
My husband and I highly recommend this company.

When i first contracted the service it al seamed to be good. Then after y got and paid for the 3 treatments that the tech offered me i kept getting calls for more services. I called cancelled service and the calls continued. PLEASE read all the fine print from the agreement, what you discuss with the tech is not what they write and since i did not doible checked the contract i have to pay for 5 treatments when the plan was always 3. Be careful the 100% satisfaction warranty is not very real

I have an aged and diseased huge avocado tree, an extremely tall norfolk pine, and a very old bottle brush tree that needs proper trimming.
Rick was very knowledgeable about agriculture and the specific problems my trees were exhibiting. I was very impressed with his ability to explain in laymans terms what needed to be done for the health of my trees. I am a tree lover and I wanted what was best for not only the trees but also for the environment. When the team came to do the work they were professional and CLEAN! In fact, they left the back yard better looking than when they came.
There are a lot of shotty workers out there calling themseleves professional tree trimmers because they have a chainsaw and a truck, but I can tell you One Two Tree is the real deal. HIGHLY EDUCATED and PROFESSIONAL.
