Since 1980, started as a 21-​bed Adult Congregate Living Facility, Breezy Acres in Northwest Miami, the company is now recognized as one of South Florida’s leading organizations specializing in services for mature adults. The Palace Group develops and manages a variety of senior living communities and services in South Florida & Israel, comprising 1,844 units. The Palace offers a choice of care levels, including Independent Living, Catered Living, Assisted Living, Nursing & Rehabilitation, Home Health Services, 55 and Over for Active Adults, and a Continuing Care Retirement Community. Adult care is available at a variety of prices, service levels, and either on a long-​term or short-​term (respite) basis. On October 24, 2003, The Palace Group was recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal.

Founded by Helen and Jacob Shaham, as a 21-​bed Adult Congregate Living Facility, Breezy Acres in Northwest Miami, the company is now recognized as one of South Florida’s leading organizations specializing in services for mature adults. From the beginning, the Shaham’s have been dedicated to providing superior, yet sensible solutions for the complicated issues of seniors’ care and accommodations. Following the tradition of the Golden Rule «Do Unto Others As You Would Have Others Do Unto You», the Shaham family developed a policy of problem solving geared to the seniors, their adult-​children, and other caregivers. Recognizing the need for various levels of care, The Palace Group develops and manages a variety of senior living communities and services in South Florida & Israel, comprising 1,844 units.
