Palmetto Mini Golf

I loved it the staff was very helpful very nice organized and beautiful sight I will definitely be coming back.

Great mini golf place ! 18 holes not bad at all ! It was a blast coming here, only bad thing was the mosquitoes, so will definitely come back in winter time !

Atmosphere: The mini golf sits in a mostly shaded area at the entrance to the regular golf course. While you are playing you look at both the golf course and the parking lot through a fence, although the mini golf area itself is nice with a stream of water going through some of the holes with a cave area for one hole.
Difficulty: Most of them are straight forward, but there are around 4 – 5 difficult ones. One in particular is unforgiving and will easily land you in the water. The course keeps your interest and is not too boring.
Other activities: There is a sports grill restaurant on site and the regular golf course activities.
Overall: Overall we found the course to be fun. While not overly exciting or difficult, it is decently taken care of and one of the only courses in the area. The day we went we were the only ones on the mini golf course. Also the cost was only $ 6.50 when using the buy one get one on Unilocal,which definitely makes it worth the cost.

Such a great local spot. Not only is there a full golf course, but the mini golf is affordable and fun! Had such a great time! The holes are pretty easy, but there are some slopes and obstacles to make it more challenging.
After you finish golf, sports grill is just inside! Staff is very welcoming and friendly in the pro shop, on the mini course and definitely inside sports grill. Will. mosy definitely be playing some mini golf more often to get the patience for full 18 hole golf!

At first I though that 18 wholes would go by too quickly, but it took us a bit over an hour (two adults and a 4 year old) to finish.
The staff who rung us up was friendly. We basically paid $ 14 for the two adults since we used the Unilocal coupon (one free round with paid round, meaning toddler was free).
The course itself was set up pretty good, many of them were straight forward, but others had a few twists and turns which made it fun. I liked that there were a few fountains and a water fall. We went on a cloudy day, since I don’t deal well with sun/​heat– today was perfect.
What would have made this a 5 star? More vegetation– some of the areas were missing vegetation, which left us facing the parking lot– messed up the experience a bit.
Staff– At one point my ball landed in the man made lake, we tried to get it out with no luck. I made my way to the front to get another, and could not, as the person who distributes the clubs and balls had already left with all equipment, so I had to finish my game by sharing the ball with toddler. Advice? Take an extra ball with you, just in case.
Will be back, since we found it to be affordable, and pretty fun.

Found this place while showing my friends around Miami as there aren’t too many mini golf places on the area. Cute place, but not too many fun obstacles and some broken scenery. Just needs a little update!

This is a great way to spend the day with the kids. It’s very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly.

Positives: Nice place, nice staff. Negatives: A bit pricey and not too well maintained — can be overwhelmed by leaves at times (and watch out for ants!) Bottom line: Will return. Convenient location and usually not at all crowded.

I went here with my husband on Valentine’s Day. It was a cute spot, mini golf is «our thing» to do when we’re in Orlando, so it’s nice to have one so close to home. It’s a decent little course, obviously not the size of the huge ones you see in Orlando, but it was a nice time. I would come back, and we checked in on Unilocal,so the BOGO offer was definitely nice too. I just wish we hadn’t been stuck behind a family of four… all of whom chanted loudly and non-​stop whenever it was their parents’ turn. Buuut that’s just me.
I recommend. Can’t wait to find the time to visit again when the mood strikes.

Very nice, lots of holes, had a very pleasant day here. They had no windmills or similar obstacles, but they had a cool cave. Good for families or dates.

Had a great day playing mimi-​golf with family. Staff was friendly and liked the discount on Unilocal.It was crowded but not so much that we ever felt rushed. The smell of bbq got us and we were pulled into the sports bar afterwards. I’d like to say everything there was great but as someone with a food allergy I cannot ever eat there again. I explained to the friendly waitress that I couldn’t have gluten, and after explaining what it was, I made my order. I barely made it home before my stomach was in horrible knots. The rest of the table loved their wings, fries and cheesteak sandwiches but I’m guessing the kitchen is small and everything is grilled together so even though I didn’t order anything with gluten it must have been everywhere.

Fun & cheap, this place is great for a date or just to hang out with friends. It was a little annoying how some people were waiting for us because we felt rushed, but if you go when its not too busy, it’s a lot of fun. The staff was nice & helpful at explaining the rules of the game since I’ve never played before. The holes are nothing too elaborate, but they’re still some nice options and worth the money.

This course is pretty old and plain. Sadly there are no other options in South Dade for mini golf. It wasn’t bad but compared to most courses I’ve been to in my life it could use an update. Prices were reasonable. If you must play then this is basically the only place to go in the area. Praise Baby Jesus.

Course is a lot bigger than it looks and is great for a date. $ 13 for two people, has some nice spots for kissing — especially the cave with the waterfall on both sides, very private — and can last you for an hour.
If you go around 2pm on a weekday, you’ll only see two other groups at the most. It won’t feel crowded at all. The numerous bushes and palm trees make it feel like your not in Miami — although there are two spots that lack in the green coverage.

The staff is really friendly and it’s a very cheap way to have a blast. They give you a put and a ball for just $ 6.50 and there are 18 holes. If it rains they’ll even give you a raincheck.
There is also a sports bar here which is nothing special.
It isn’t very crowded and there is a golf course here if you’re interested.

I love coming to Palmetto Mini Golf! The course is in ‘pretty good’ shape — it isn’t anything magnificent, but the staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. It is about 6 dollars for a person to play a round and they give you a rewards card so after a few times of golfing you get one free! They know how to treat their customers to get them to come back and I will continue coming back!
After mini golf you can visit their bar that serves food and drink. The bartenders there are equally as helpful. The atmosphere is very calm with a sports bar type feel — relatively kid friendly!
I highly recommend this place!

It’s a mini golf course, it’s a little outdated, there’s a sports grille involved. I would recommend it, but mostly because I know of no other option. It’s not fancy and it needs some love to the greens, but it’s completely functional and with a group of the right people, its fun. It’s also fairly priced, plus there’s a Unilocal deal for checking in!

Dear Palmetto Bay Golf Course,
I really had a good time here. It was a beautiful Friday afternoon, the weather was just perfect, and the sun wasn’t blazing too bad, so we decided we would try our hand at mini-​golf. My love also brought his clubs along, for a little driving-​range action after the fun, and there is a rack at the front to store them.
We went inside the Pro Shop and paid for our round of mini-​golf, and then headed to the course. I didn’t realize how large it actually was, because upon first glance I figured there were just a few holes. However, I was mistaken, as you have a full 18-​hole mini-​golf course. Score! And so, it began. The afternoon of fun, cursing, lost balls (oops, it went in the water again), and a great time! The only thing I regretted was not having gone inside to grab a beer first. But we still made our way through the course, every once in a while catching a glimpse of some other mini-​golfers.
The holes are fun and challenging and some of them are quite creative. The landscaping is pretty nice, although I noticed it could really use some TLC. There were weeds in the planters, and the fountains were all out of order, so each of the ponds looked more like science fair experiments than anything else. Event he natural lily pads looked like they were housing their share of tadpoles underneath. However, it was still peaceful and charming.
It took us about an hour to complete the course, and I have to admit, we kept a ball as a souvenir. :)
When we finished, my love and I hit the driving range, where I made a complete fool of myself, but had a blast. By then I had already grabbed myself a beer, so I just drank my insecurities away. The sun was setting and it was just a perfect way to spend an autumn afternoon.
Looking forward to returning to hit some more balls. Maybe even join the mini-​golf league. I got pretty good by the end!

For some reason my hubby to be and me have this little rivalry going with miniature golf.
Ever since they closed the mini golf place in Naranja we’ve had to limit mini golf to occassions for trips far from home.
Recently we came upon this little place and of course, there’s a tie to be broken so we had to come out here and hash out our little competition.
Considering what we’re accustomed to, pirate themes, and multiple game specials, I would say this is a great place to get your practice on. There are no windmills, nothing spectacular outside of getting the ball into a tube. It’s just putt-​putt, with frustrating obstacles.
The one thing that annoyed me to no end was at the end of each hole they hadn’t walled up the exit. So if your ball had too much momentum, it would just leave and go to the next hole. Because of this, I had a lot of «redo» moments so I couldn’t verily constitute a win on this course.
For what you pay, I would love to keep going out there and getting better. Hopefully they’ll never realize how cheap they are and the prices will remain at 7 bucks a game. There’s 18 holes and your ball doesn’t disappear at the last hole so you’re fully responsible for getting everything back to them.
If you’re playing in groups it might take an hour to play. If you’re playing a couples game like we usually do, it might take a half hour. So make time for dinner afterwards.
Parking is shared with the Park and Ride so make sure you park in the right spot.
I would say that it’s a great spot for kids, but it doesn’t have all the pizazz and awe that most locations cater for kids. Sure there’s a waterfall but it’s just that. Kids might get a little frustrated with the game. So maybe you want to ease your kids into this place
