Meet the Business Owner

Martin and Yanet P.

Business Owner

Both siblings Martin and Yanet Pelaez were born in Lima, Peru. They moved to the United States years ago, where Martin started working in a Peruvian Restaurant as a waiter and cashier, and Yanet was a law student. The love and passion for the Peruvian cuisine of Martin, led him to further involve himself in his position in the restaurant which led to a bigger acquired knowledge and experience of restaurant management. Having worked in a Peruvian restaurant for many years, Martin developed the goal of opening his own Peruvian due to the growing passion for not only the cuisine but the administration that comes along with it. In fact after several years, the siblings, Martin and Yanet became associates with the purpose of reaching the dream to their own business. The siblings first opened a small café and after couple of years Martin and his sister Yanet opened Peruchos Restaurant. Now, both Martin and Yanet are totally dedicated to the growth of their business.
