They did a great job on the tints but dented my car while doing so and would not own up to it. Brand new car just 2 days out of the dealership.

I’ve been to this place three times in the last 7 years with three different cars. Every single time I come here, I receive exceptional service and my tinting is always beyond satisfactory. I think a husband-​and-​wife own/​run this place and both of them are very sweet, professional and always give you the details before you buy.
What I also love is that I was told about the potential negatives of getting a certain type of product and that they genuinely seem to care about selling a product that will make you happy/​work for you versus just trying to make a sale.
I highly recommend coming here.
The first car I brought here was a 2009 Toyota Camry. Than it was a 2014 3-​series BMW Hybrid followed by a 2015 Ford Focus — all three cars had immaculate work done on them and I am completely satisfied with the product received

Great place, affordable, and friendly.
I had the misfortune of locking my keys in my car… Even worse, it wasn’t my car, it was a loaner from a friend. After all kinds of attempts at jimmying the door open we had no choice but to break the window. Nervous to have this car so open and vulnerable I got the window replaced quick through Kwik Auto Glass, Inc (also awesome) but since they didn’t do tints I had to search around for someone.
Pinecrest Auto Body Shop was my second call. The first quoted me at $ 50 to tint one window and it would take 3 hours. Pinecrest Auto Body had the same ratings, if not better, and they quoted me $ 20 and could get it done in one hour. No brainer. Plus, they were closer.
Popped over there and handed the keys at 9:55am, prepared to walk across the street to Trader Joes to get some shopping done while I waited. They lady told me to just sit tight in their waiting area. So I settled into a trash magazine, read one article on how Kate Middleton lost her baby weight, and by 10:15 rang out and drove off.
The tint matches perfectly, I think I could get away with not telling my friend about it, if only the original car logos weren’t missing from the new window. Oh well.
Would totally come back here if ever I need another repair job.

There is never a good time to need auto body work. No matter how you slice it, it will always be inconvenient, and money that you didn’t want to spend. That being said, when you need to have it done, finding a reliable shop that does quality work is invaluable.
After seeing the reviews, I decided to swing by the Pinecrest Auto Body Shop for an estimate since it was so close to my home. They immediately greeted me as I pulled up, took a look at the scratches I wanted resolved, and gave me a very fair price (I had actually gotten other estimates from further shops but had been debating about getting a rental car, the time being separated from my car, etc.). In the interest of full disclosure, they actually gave me two prices and options depending on how I wanted to resolve the problem. Even better, they told me that the work would take less than a day, and that since they had a cancellation, I could leave the car right away if I desired.
Sold! I left my car and prepared to walk back home, but they very kindly offered me a ride. When I went back the next day it was in pristine shape, looking even better than I had hoped for. I was told that a wash and wax were included in the price, although I needed to wait 24 hours to allow the paint to dry. I made sure to follow up, and as promised, they managed to get my once filthy car spick-​and-​span.
From start to finish, the Pinecrest Auto Body Shop made the whole process as painless as possible. I loved that it was a family effort, with the husband, wife, and their daughter sharing the responsibilities and all being so pleasant. They all remembered my name and my car, and were very friendly and quick to assist. Hopefully body work will not be a regular occurrence, but when I need it, I would absolutely trust my car to their capable hands.

I have also been using them since 2000… They are awesome. I have tinted all of my cars there (there have been quite a few). I have also recommended many people to go there and never heard anyone complain. The guy that is complaining about the interior left dirty is probably because he has never had a tint done before. Its always like that unless you take it to Lexus or Mercedes where they clean up the mess after. The big difference is that they will charge you $ 400 for the tint job that these guys do for $ 150. All of the dealers send the cars to them. They are great and very honest.
Oh by the way, I have never had any issues with them letting me know when the car is ready because the easiest way to do that is to call them or better yet, just look across the street and DUH if the car is outside, its freaking ready. Jeez.
Oh yea, and Borders is no longer there.

We have been using Auto Perfection for over 10 years to repair minor dents, dings, and body work on our cars. They do a great job and will tell you if they can do the work you need or not. The owners, Marco and Laurie are very honest and friendly. They do auto detailing, painting, alarms, stereo systems, as well as the tinting. I think they do more of everything else that the tinting. They did my tinting on my Navigator in 2006 and I have not had a problem with peeling or bubbling at all. I highly recommend this company.

Very dirty work… Car’s door side panels were left all dirty and stained from liquids used to install window tint.
Delivery time was promised for 1 ½ hours… I begged them to call me as soon as car was done. I crossed the street to Borders and spent 3 hrs waiting, calling every half an hour to check on work… Finally I went over to shop, to find my car parked in lot, dirty and dry (it must have been parked there for at least 1 hr)… Manager, as well as workers, got upset when I requested car to be cleaned… OVERALL A BAD EXPERIENCE, I WOULD «NOT» RECOMMEND AT ALL, go somewhere else for your tints =(
