The worst service I’ve ever had in my life. My breakfast took 30 min to come out with zero customers in the store. Once my food came out, it was wrong. Not only is this not the first time this has happened, the staff always has an attitude. Everything about this place is terrible!

Was visiting a friend’s job and she suggested this place as a quick stop before making My long drive home. This place (as well as all their other locations) is open 24hrs, that’s impressive. The location itself is in a strip mall and unassuming, but walking in its actually quite pretty and clean. The baked goods tempt you as soon as u walk through the door. I ordered a pan con bistec which was tasty but the bread was too «bready» (not sure how else to describe it lol. I ended up stripping off a lot of chunks of extra bread. The portion was quite large and I took the other half of my sandwich to go. I also ordered a batido of maracuja which was delicious and hit the spot. The lady at the counter even gave me all the extra from the blender in a separate cup, two for one whoop whoop. Overall I would say it’s a great little spot. Although I didn’t have any sweets, they sure looked amazing in the case. The only downside to my experience was the heat, I’m assuming their air was broken, and not all the ladies behind the counter had the best customer service skills.

I come here often for my cafecito fix. They open 24 hrs or till real late super clutch. Minimal choices in the area for the late night hunger craving.

The food is good but the service was just ok. What really caught my attention as soon as I walked in was how dirty the floor, the tables, the counters and the trash bin area was. Don’t think I will be back.

Great Place! For a Bakery, the décor is pretty nice (dark woods and stone tops)… Food is good and wait staff is extremely quick in responding to customers. The place is even open 24 hours — what more can you ask for?
Re: Food — Good, solid Cuban bakery. Have never had anything bad here and everything is fresh — always… even overnight they have a cook and they are bringing in fresh pastries. Good Pastelitos, Good Croquetas (and several types — flavors and premium «House» croquetas). The empanadas are all good… even have a Colombian one. I think that their sandwiches are VERY GOOD… and prices are reasonable at about $ 5.99. Try the ‘Croqeta Preparada’ or ‘Medianoche’ (my favorites)… Steak Sandwich is good also. They have a pretty good assortment of beverages (juices, sodas, Coffee Drinks). Sweet pastries always good and fresh. Honestly — what’s not to like??? Good place — Try for yourself!

This place is a disaster. One of the employees took my food from the lady that was attending me and when they told her that wasn’t for her customer she balled up the bag and threw it on the counter like a sack of flaming dog crap. I have never seen such rude people in my life. The only reason it got a 2^nd star is because the food really is good. And the lady that was taking care of me was really, really nice. Too bad her coworker was such a piece of crap.

Twice in three days. The pastries are on point, the cuban sandwiches are on point, the juices are on point… what more can I say?

Ill start with the quality of the food which is most important to me, i dont like the way pinecrest bakery makes their pastelitos, whatever oil they use on them needs to be changed asap. The customer service is not that good, they get easily flustered when things get busy. Id only recommend this place if your in serious need for cuban coffee.

I’m not really sure why this place has such bad reviews. The service when I was there is no different than any Cuban bakery, in fact when I ordered catering for a large family gathering try were super pleasant!
Anyway, I come here normally for pastries, the croquetas, pastelitos, and empanadas are really good. So is the Cuban coffee. This place is not pretentious, they are what they are a little Cuban bakery that is open ²⁴⁄₇. And that’s good enough for me.

So truly after many many months I have now gain weight but the sweet taste the freshness is to die for and quite frankly a moment on the lips a life time on the hips its awesome… that being said visit try new things and then keep on going back because they are GOOD

The food isn’t bad. It’s great quality actually. But it’s so disorganized the way they run things. They’re just constantly yelling out numbers and running around like chickens without heads. I got anxiety just standing in there lol but if you don’t mind the madness then the place is worth it because of the food.

Food is mediocre, and service AWFUL! God help you if you don’t speak Spanish! My non-​Spanish speaking spouse went there, ordered a sandwich with fries and walked out when they handed him his bag of food. It wasn’t until he got home that he realized the fries he paid for weren’t there. So I called, and Oh My God! The woman said she tried to tell him they forgot his «papitas», as he was walking out. But he didn’t know they were even talking to him. And then she got all huffy and insulted that I called and complained about their POOR customer service. At least if you do something wrong, apologize, DON’T get an attitude and act like it’s the customer at fault!!!

I can’t believe this place is still open. I guess their customers like to get treated roughly by their horrible staff.

Open ²⁴⁄₇ and best pastelitos in town the prices are great and the service too, downside it can be a bit dirty on the tables and there’s no bathrooms

Not a whole lot of places where you can get some café con leche and a tostada in the wee hours of the night. This 24 hour bakery is clutch when your inner fatboy is calling.
Normally it’s your normal, run of the mill bakery, but it’s 24 hour status is what warrants it’s four stars.

I come here often and ever since the 1^st time the service was great and still is. Yes the tables are dirty with crumbs and should be cleaned. That’s the only down side, good is great and pastelitos are awesome.

The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the pastelitos r amazing… But the service would get a NEGATIVE INFINITY!!! These ladies r as ignorant as they come!!! And the short lady with the squeaky minnie mouse voice is the epitome of rude and miserable!!! Unless ur a regular ur treated like crap and even if u have a number and a «regular» comes in they’ll start attending them instead of following the order of these things called numbers that they display as the order service!!!
Their crappy ethics and attitude wont stop me from going there, but ill be dammed to tip these balseritas whatever change i get back!!!

This place still sucks. I tried to give it another chance but I instantly regretted it.
Nobody there speaks English and they all have horrible attitudes. I wonder if the owner reads these reviews. Hey owner, those girls you have working there are ruining your business!!!

Interesting reviews and on extremes of likes and hates. I LIKE the place… the women behind the counter should be paid for the number of customers they serve!!! These women don’t play, it always seems packed but they sure move the line along… and quickly!!! They’ve always been very pleasant to me, so no complaints there. The prices are good and I only reserve myself to not give it give stars because while the food is pretty good… it’s not amazing… and I only give 5 stars for amazing.

I am updating review because their guava pastel is very good. The guava filling has a unique flavor in comparison with other bakeries. Keeps you guessing on what it could be in a good way.
