That pizza taste pretty good but the delivery is not good… They took a long time to bring the pizza at my friend’s house and We were just 2 blocks away… Almost two hours.

I have never felt so much like throwing up all this disgusting putrid substance they call pizza. Literally the worst in all of Miami and that includes the frozen from 711.

Come here only when you are so drunk you can’t feel your face. Otherwise, get the heck out. They changed up the salad selections by eliminating 80% of the options. They say they have kalamata olives but have sliced canned salad olives and grainy cheap tomatoes. They used to have amazing grilled eggplant. Now it tastes like slimmy gak. Then I found HAIR in my salad. Steve K. Was apologetic at first when they made a mistake twice on the order. Then when I found the hair he turned into a prick. Stay away.

Pizza is very good. The biggest downfall is $ 6.00 a slice, order a fountain drink and you are over $ 9.00.

Pizza is great but $ 11.75 for two slices? That is highway robbery.

I had really great hopes, but unfortunately they’ve been undone. South Beach locations are excellent. However, Brickell order to delivery contained margarita pizza lacking cheese, cold pizza, and a $ 6 delivery charge. This is the second time of the same. It’s really too bad.

I had the bbq chicken pizza and I asked if they could sub the mozzarella cheese for goat cheese they did it no problem with no extra charge! The delivery came faster than promised and the pizza was amazing! Definitely recommend trying this place oh and most importantly prices are reasonable :)

The pizza is just not good and it’s not just this location but all of the Pizza Rustica. Flat and tasteless. Find another place to order pizza.

So disgusting and such poor service. We ordered three pizzas last night and were told to expect 45 minutes for delivery. After one hour, I called and was told that the pizzas were out for delivery. After another 30 minutes, I called back to cancel the order and complain and the employee could not have cared less. When the pizzas finally arrived they were cold and uncooked. The cheese wasn’t even melted!!! So disgusting!!!

First of all this place has the best late night pizza around. The dough is always crispy and fluffy at the same time with a hint of seasoning. I love trying new pizzas and every single one of them is amazing. The only thing to beat the pizza is the service. Sandy and Rosie are my 2 new favorite girls! They always greet me with a smile and great energy. Sandy is always so personable and tonight was my first encounter with Rosie. I bought a pizza thinking I was going home and after seeing friends at the bar next door I ended up staying around for an extra 2 hours resulting in my pizza getting cold. I thought to myself, maybe they can reheat it since I hadn’t had a bite yet and sure enough Rosie and her team were happy to do it for me. This is exactly what service should be like everywhere. This Pizza Rustic makes some of the fine dining restaurants service look like McDonalds. Thanks girls for always giving me a great experience when I come by. :)

Great place the go for a late night bite! I ordered the bbq chicken pizza. It looked better than it tasted. The crust was very crispy and the cheese was no where near cheesy enough for my liking.

Remember in another review where I said how much I like Better Days? One of the best parts of that bar is that it’s located right next to Pizza Rustica! I’ve eaten here several times, usually around 9 – 10 pm, either while we’re drinking at Better Days or after we leave the bar.(Yes, I have also had their pizza when I’m sober… still delicious). I’ve tried so many of their pizzas I wouldn’t know which to recommend, because they’re all scrumptious! I will warn you though, if you get the gluten-free, give it time to cool down, otherwise the toppings come right off the actual pizza. The staff is always really nice, very chill and funny. It always feels like you’re friends with them when we go. It’s not a great restaurant in terms of going out and eating there(unless you like to go out and eat in Papa Johns’) but the food is great and fast.

Ok people, the pizza & food is great! However, damn. Can you take any longer? I ordered a slice. Fine — the slices were there ready; all they had to do was warm it up. My guy ordered a sandwich. That sandwich is not complicated & doesn’t take a lot of preparation. But I had finished my slice(& the slices are HUGE) way before he got his. Zzzzzz… Was about to fall asleep when it arrived. Speed it up, staff. Holy hell…

I go here pretty often. The pizza is good. The atmosphere is pretty chill. I like the décor. There’s always a variety of choices for toppings. I like the ones with chicken. The pricing is reasonable too for the area. Great spot to take a lunch break if you’re in the mood for pizza.

Had pizza here late Saturday night and was not disappointed! Was coming from a friend’s birthday and decided I’ve tried all the other pizza spots in Brickell so id give them a try! Low and behold probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while, not too greazy and the ingredients were fresh. Everyone I was with loved their pie and not even crumbs could be found afterwards. Definitely a crowd pleaser and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good pie in the Brickell area! None of those $ 5 joke pizzas that are all sauce and give you acid reflux, no sir! And the variety was superb. The only complaint if any would be the default to Pepsi products. But everything else was great!

3.5 I usually frequent Pizza Rustica after a fun night and I’m not the only one: this place can get crowded around 2−3am. However, I’ve never had an issue getting a table since this location is very spacious. What I’ve noticed is that one of their most popular pizzas is BBQ chicken which is rarely available for purchase. I’ve pointed this out several times but they don’t seem to take suggestions. The staff is very friendly and orders are ready within minutes.

I don’t often give 5 stars but this Pizzeria Rustica is excellent in so many categories. The quality of the pizza is superb. I had a arugula salad pizza, which had delicious fresh ingredients. The place is very clean and pleasant. The interior is spacious, but the highlight is the breezy outside seating area.

I mean, really guys. With the negative reviews. What’re we talking about here? Look, as far as I see it, here’s the problem: angrily comparing this locale to the one at the beach like that one is a freaking godsend is ludicrous. Both are exactly the same. You’re just being blinded by Lincoln’s flashing lights. BOTHAREEXACTLYTHESAME. Pizza Rustica is not bad pizza. Is it the best? No, not at all, but is it there when you need it? YES. Are those very low standards? YES. Are you all kidding yourselves by expecting the Philip Rhee of pizzas(brownie points if you get that reference, none deducted for using IMDB) from a place that is clearly designed for convenience? YES. I mean, would you get mad at a dive bar if you order a shot of vodka, only to get served Skol and not Belvedere or whatever else it is you’re overpaying for? And rest assured, when it comes to vodka, you are overpaying. It’s a neutral spirit. Why anyone would spend sixty on a bottle when you can get one for ten is beyond me. But I digress. The point is that the Pizza Rustica at 500 Brickell offers a solid selection of solid pies that are ready to go when you need them. Like the friend who bails you out of jail, it’s always there. If you live in the building or if you’re in walking distance, it’s right there. IT’S RIGHTTHERE. Again, low standards? Maybe, but while you’re busy looking for another pizza place that’ll feed you in ten minutes or less, I’m already on my fourth slice.
