Play & Read Academy

I was very happy in the beginning but unfortunately everything faded with time. I feel the Director is strictly in the business for the money, she’s rude and unprofessional. They have a great teacher for the younger toddlers which is probably the main reason I stayed there for so long nonetheless there’s a revolving door with the remaining staff. They have little daily logs which they lie in so I don’t understand why even give the parent the log. The vibe in the daycare is just so awkward, almost like they’re scared to say the wrong thing. My son learned a lot while being there but his behavior was not the best and he cried every single day when I dropped him off. The smell of bleach is also unbearable.
They definitely undelivered what they promised. They promised full cooperation during potty training, they didn’t pull through. They only potty trained half the day and gave up the rest of the day. AND I highly doubt they ever taught them how to brush their teeth… which is fine because I can teach him but then why request the supplies and promise that it will be done.
It wasn’t a horrible daycare but truly was a disappointment.
