I bought a chicken today drive through, dry awful, I got to work and was very dissatiafied, burned chicken. This is the 3rd time this happens at this location. The manager needs to pay attention. I live so close, it has been convenient. I will never order there again.

My first Pollo Tropical experience(crazy, right!?) and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. Let me preface this by saying that I wasn’t expecting a 5-star gourmet meal, but for a fast-food chain, I think Pollo Tropical is a good option. They have build-your-own options, healthy selections, an abundance of sides, and plenty of sauces to make your experience unique. I tried the Guava BBQ Pork Sandwich & it was pretty good! Luckily, I grabbed some extra sauce on the way out, but that’s just my preference. I’m a big fan of the waffle fries as well. The establishment was clean and the cashier was very helpful in guiding me to my decision. Will definitely be back to this location.

This is the only Pollo around this area so not much to choose from. Food is great one day and terrible the next. You can say the same about the service. The drive thru is usually very long but goes quite fast.

I mean, I’m not a big fan of Pollo Tropical but I go sometimes to get myself dinner before I go into work. The line for the drive thru can be long depending on the time. I always get the Chicken Caesar wrap. I have also gotten their chopped dish which is the same as Chicken Kitchen and 3 Chefs and a Kitchen. If you like this place then great, but this isn’t my usual meal and favorite place to go to. It’s a place I go to if I’m on budget and hungry.

This is my 1st time checking in because I’m fed up with this place and their poor customer service in the drive thru and quality of food. Besides getting my order wrong several times, drive thru essentials such as napkins and utensils are non existent. Today I was excited to try their need tangy pineapple chicken wrap, I just paid 6 $ for tortilla with cheese !!!

In comparison to other locations, this one is not half bad. As always, synonymous with other locations I frequented in the past, they forgot The sauce is I asked for things and not make my order correctly. I hallways order the same thing: Tropichop with half lettuce/half brown rice, chicken, corn, sautéed onions and peppers, and black beans on the side. For some reason, no location can ever get it right inside or through the drive thru no matter if I speak in English or Spanish. As if they were not paying attention… At least this location, got it semi correct. Is this the price to pay for half decent Hispanic food?

great food…¼ chicken(‘dark’ is better for a moist selection) with rice and beans. great price. Sauces are favorable… I really LOVE the cilantro garlic. Restuarant is clean, service quick… except at the dinner RUSH… when it seems everybody(& I mean everybody) is in line at the drive-thru…must because everyone likes the food. For those that don’t like the food/service/whatever…but keep coming back… do those of us that love this place a favor & go some place else and stop clogging up the lines. Good food. Quality product. Great service. Repeat customers=Excellant business model.

I really like this Kendall Pollo Tropical because it’s huge and I mean really big inside. I ordered pollo with Waffle Fries and Cornbread and it was delicious like always. I will be delighted to always come back

Wasn’t as good as I hoped. Got the ¼ dark with rice and black beans. Chicken was greasy.

I’m not from Miami, so I don’t have access to this place, but it is a wonderful establishment. I wish they had more establishments across America, because it was wonderful! If you’re a visitor/tourist like me, take the time to grab a bite here. It’s absolutely wonderful

This is my go to spot for a quick, healthy and affordable meal. I’ve tried just about everything in the menu but my go tos are the small TropiChop or the ¼ chicken platter with rice and beans. At times the beans are a bit too watery but try are always tasty. I would avoid the wraps as they are small and the French fries are meh. Stick to the healthier fare and you’ll be alright Guava BBQ ain’t too shabby either I’m here 2 – 3 times a week

Worst pollo tropical ever! Pollo tropical is my favorite place for chicken but this one is horrible! The rice taste like a salt lick, my order of waffle fries had 4 fries, drive through has never gotten my order right so I started getting down and the employees are not pleasant to deal with very rude and make just as many mistakes as the drive through but are rude about the mistakes they make. Only good thing is the place is clean but a clean place with bad service and a wrong order everytime is not worth it. So from the 20 something times ive been there ive had maybe one ok experience, my bf and other friends have had the same problems. Unfortunately this one is the closest one to my home and even then I’ve caught myself driving out of my way to eat at a different pollo tropical. I don’t suggest any one go there and if you do make sure to check your order carefully

Pollo Tropical is where I go for a good, quick bite to eat. Food is given in abundance and tastes delicious. The fried yuca is my fave paired with the cilantro mayo that u can find at the sauce bar. I always get the Mojo roast pork because it’s so flavorful. Fast food that is authentic eats.

Food is cheap that’s about it for me. Chicken needs more flavor, I can’t seem to eat it unless I dredge it with salsa !!! There are a lot of better places to go then here. La Granja hands down for one. They have a special for 3.95 ¼ chicken w rice N beans. Actually and sadly ElPollo Supremo was better than this place, it’s now closed down. I used to eat at the one in Doral. I can’t recommend this place, to any one especially out of towners. Sorry.

I’ve been coming here for maybe 10 years. It’s still my favorite Pollo to go to. It’s clean. It’s good food. Always cheap. Only problem is that, since it’s good, the drive thru stays busy. When I go visit my mom like a mile from this Pollo, I usually make a stop for a quick quarter chicken value meal with rice and beans. Can’t go wrong!

One of the better Pollo Tropicals I have been to. Get here before 12 – 1230 the latest if you wanna avoid long lines cause it gets packed for the lunch rush. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fresh and hot. The inside is kept clean and drive thru is quick.

Pollo Tropical is one of the Top Five places I miss in Miami. Vegans can gorge themselves worry free on the side items menu alone. Plantains(both sweet & crispy), yuca(boiled or fried) and various types of rice and vegetables. Can’t say enough about the Guava Pork BBQ sandwich. Its GUAVA&PORK!!! A winning combination, hands down. The Caribbean chicken soup is amazing, with a pumpkin base & chunks of plantains and chicken! My family thinks I come home just to see them, and the truth is that’s only half the reason.
