Now that it’s been a month since we bought the puppy, I thought it was good timing to write a review.
1. Place is impeccably clean which was a relief of how well maintained it is. I know some people complained about not being allowed to see the back room which is crazy that you would even ask, it’s like asking BK to see their back kitchen– no, it’s for employees only. I did take a peek when they opened the door and it looked just as clean
2. Everyone was so nice and let us play with a lot of puppies before choosing one without any pressure, attitude, Etc
3. They gave us all paperwork, tips, and explained everything well enough to understand their warranties and what to do /​not to do with the puppy such as not bathing him for 3 more weeks, not walking him outside, and taking him to vet within 3 days.
4. We didn’t use their vet Bc of my hesitations within reviews plus we wanted one close to home. The vet said he was perfect. Gave us similar advice as the pet store Bc Yorkie’s are little, their immune system is still vulnerable.
A month later (yay!) he’s still perfect, finally got a bath (he got really stinky!), we can take him places (carried for the most part) and he’s happy.
Moral of the story: listen to these people, remember these are babies so treat them carefully, and you’ll be good! Thanks :)

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
My husband surprised me with a boxer pup on Oct 1.
The puppy was ok until one week later he became really sick with kennel cough which later turned into pneumonia. The pets store does not help you at all with dealing with a sick dog even though the dog is still under warranty. You call them and they are rude and unprofessional. Vet bills is your responsiblilty. Lets just say my dog was near death and they didnt care.
So $ 1,000 bucks of vet bills later my puppy is good as new. WARNING!!!
They sell you sick dogs here. Do not buy from them!!! I learned my lesson the hard way!!!

Bought a Frenchie there in September 2015. After visiting the vet, we found out that the pup had Kennel Cough. Our vet told us to notify the pet store in the event that they didn’t know that they had sick puppies. When I called not only was I treated horribly by the owner, he proceeded to tell me that my vet was unprofessional and didn’t know what he was doing. Today I took the puppy back to the vet only to find out that she had developed Ringworm. This place most definitely knows that they are selling sick dogs and no one in Miami Dade Animal Services or the Florida Department of Agriculture are willing to help so that this doesn’t happen to someone else.

I just logged in and saw a comment from another Unilocaler (Letty M.) and I just wanted to express my concern about people purchasing pets when they can be adopted! Please visit the shelters, they are full of beautiful dogs and cats who would love a home. The adoption fee is pretty inexpensive and it makes more sense to go this route as opposed to buying an animal. Another option is to contact animal rescue organizations for the breed you are interested in. They know where the pet came from, why they were given up, you also receive your pet with shots, a microchip, and they are fixed. Adoption fees are usually under $ 100 and you can even get pure bred dogs! I don’t know Puppies To Go, but I would never set foot or buy a pet from any store. We have always adopted (3 cats, 2 dogs, 2 have passed away from old age). Please re-​consider adoption before buying. PS: A lot of puppies come from puppy mills. If you’ve never seen how they are bred, how the moms are kept, go to YouTube and watch the videos. It will make you sick to see how some of the people operate and how many sick animals they keep in the name of making $$$. Lastly, rescue groups hold pet adoptions at PetSmart and Petco a few times during the month. Check online or call the store for information. Instead of spending $ 600 on a dog, you can take one home for maybe $ 60! OK, off my soapbox now.

I will never go back there, I left that store crying. They don’t let you go in the back to see the puppies. They brought me a French Bulldog that had a bite on her forehead from another dog She was sharing her kennel with.

PLEASE BELIEVE OUR REVIEW. We bought a poodle the last week of May 2015 and 1 week after, the puppy had diarrhea with blood and he was throwing up. The vet said he had Giardia, parasitic diarrhea. We have 2 kids at home and couldn’t expose them to it because it is contagious. He knows he is selling sick dogs and does not care about them. His business is rated on the Better Business Bureau as «F».

y un eczema en la piel, Lo llevamos a una Buena Clinica veterinaria y el diagnostico
fue Giardiasis y una infection en la piel.
Tenemos la prueba de todo, como Tambien Los recibos, y no estamos dispuestos
a dejar pasar por alto este abuso que el comete contra los perros y los ingenuos clientes. El se defiende diciendo que los veterinarios nos mienten y que ningun diagnostico es Correcto, pero nosotros Los consumidores y nuestras mascotas tenemos entidades que hacen respetar nuestros derechos.

Went here looking for a puppy and it was one of the worst places I’ve been to. The dogs didn’t seem to healthy and I wasn’t going to buy my dog from here. The woman who helped me was very kind and helpful but the owner was unpleasantly rude. I feel bad for the puppies in this store.
In addition the smell was horrible please try to clean the store.

Purchased a Siberian Husky on a Saturday, the following Saturday she started throwing up and having diarrhea. Took her to our family Vet, she had Parvo Virus. I called the past store and they instrusted me to take her to their vet, when i called to follow up on monday they said she was getting better. I called back on tuesday only to hear she had passed away. When I returned for a refund since parvo takes 1 week to incubate they fought me on it and did want to return the $ 1300 i had just spent. after much fighting and getting my attorney involved i received a refund for the purchase price but not for the vet bills i had to pay, to find out she had Parvo… STAY AWAY!!!

I bought a husky there 1 year ago and the husky was sick he had diarrhea with blood they sent me to one of their vets to take care of the dog free of charge, but instead the vet was trying to sell his products and not take care of the dog. In conclusion the husky got worse and even got my other dog sick and I finished paying 500 dollars. Do not buy a dog there. They only care about making money, but don’t care about the dogs
I still have the one that I bought there but trust me was a bad experience. The dog got Better but transmitted the sickness to my other dog that was very weak for 9 days. He almost died.

This place is actually called «PUPPIES TO GO». I got a puppy from here Aug of 2014 but I would NOT recommend going here. I purchased a baby Westie puppy. His price was $ 868. We asked if we paid cash if they would take $ 800. They agreed but when it came time to pay they OVERCHARGED me. They said the whole amount couldnt be cash because there needed to be a credit card charge for the $ 50 refund THAT I NEVER RECEIVED 7 months later… still didn’t get it. I gave them 600 cash and then they charged my card $ 268.18. They are linked to a scamming vets office. If you do not live in the area its going to be a problem because your sales contract will be void if you go to your own vet. When I went to pick up the dog, he was supposed to be groomed but all they did was shave a strip of hair off his back and called it a westie cut. I was so upset that I actually cried. This is a big no-​no for Westie coat care. They said this was a $ 50 service. Also they act nice at first but then tell them you aren’t buying the dog food and they become very agitated and annoyed and pushy. They claim that you are going to get $ 50 back from the micro chip place but its a lie. You dont get it.

I really wanted to get a puppy so I decided to come here because all the other puppy stores I went to were just gross. This was the first one that actually didn’t smell like poop and dead animals. (No kidding, some stores smell SO bad!) The lady was very friendly and let me play with the puppy for a while. The dog smelled and looked very clean and so did the store. Unfortunately the little guy wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but the lady was still friendly and not pushy when I told her.
I am giving the store 3 stars because they seemed to be professional, but maybe you should still be careful. In all other reviews people are talking about sick puppies and puppies who died after a few days. Since I haven’t bought one there I can’t really say anything about it. All I can say is that I had a very good impression, but after reading the other reviews I am not sure if I want to get my puppy from this store.
Btw: What I don’t like are the cages they keep their dogs in. They can’t walk or stand properly on the bars, but every pet store I have been to uses cages like this without a solid ground.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a yorkie on 11/​28/​2014. Dog seemed healthy, took her to the vet they designated. Vet evaluated her and said everything was fine. I got home that night, puppy began gagging. I immediately called the closet vet Banfield Hospital scheduled an appointment next day. When I took the puppy, they said the yorkie had kennel cough, infection in the ears, Vet bill $ 200. I immediately called the pet store and they advised me to not pay for any medications, they would care for her. Week later, I came to pick up the puppy, I advised them I was seeking a second opinion. I took her today and the puppy’s condition is WORSE. I COME to the pet store and the OWNER (Johnny) is no where to be found. I want people to always seek a second opinion when purchasing an animal from any pet store. I’m going thru HELL right now and I don’t deserve it. I paid extremely TOO MUCH MONEY FOR A SICK DOG. Purchase directly from a breeder, you know it comes from a better environment.

DO NOT BUY A PUPPY FROM HERE! I bought a Labrador retriever. The second day he was coughing. The third day we took him to the very nasty, barely spoke English, Cuban veterinarian that this place is registered with. The guy told us he was okay and tried to shove many products for us to buy. We decided to not take him there again. Within like 4 – 5 days later, our puppy was not eating. He had diarrhea and vomiting. We took him to our own personal vet. Within another few days our puppy was so sick he would not move. Then I called the owned of Puppies to Go and the man (Johnny) said that he would take him to his (horrible) vet and told me that they will nurse him back to health. Days passed and I’d call and call the vet and they’d refuse to give me information because I personally did not take the dog. Apparently when I gave the Puppies To Go owner the dog to take to the vet, I gave up my rights as the owner. So I called the guy and the guy was very sketchy the whole time and one morning I called and he told my my puppy died. He refused to call the vet when I went to the store so they could explain what happened to my puppy. This place is horrible. The owner is a piece of you know what. Never, ever waste your time with them. I threatened to sue and he is giving my money back. But he’s been extremely rude about the whole situation. Very horrible people to deal with.

i bought a white little schnauzer at this store and on the third day i had to rush him to the veterinary clinic. thank god he had his first consultation for free because he was diagnosed with parvovirus. i called several times to ask about my puppy but was told that they would call me back… they never did! one week later my dog died. the only reason why i found this out is because i had to call the clinic everyday to see how he was doing. i am disgusted with their customer service. i thought this was a place that took pride and love into their animals. i am torn by the negligence of this store. i never received a phone call to inform me of my puppy from the store. the vet had told me that he was not able to keep me up to date with his health status and that the store was responsible for calling me. that never happened. please do not buy you pet here.
