Business Owner

Reza Rahbaran is the managing attorney at Rahbaran & Associates, PLLC. Reza’s main area of practice is business immigration under the EB-​5 immigrant investor program & the related U.S. trade sanctions. He advises foreign nationals on immigration under the EB-​5 regional center program with particular focus on countries that fall under U.S. trade sanctions regulations & currency restrictions. Reza has been featured regularly on television networks as an EB-​5 & OFAC sanctions expert. In 2013, Reza was rated as a top 25 EB-​5 immigration attorney by his peers.

Reza studied Law in the United Kingdom and was admitted to practice law in the USA in 2002. He is also a faculty member of the District of Columbia bar association continuing legal education program where he speaks on EB-​5 immigration matters.
