We were in need of a courier to make a pick up of perishable items in Cooper City, FL, and drive over to Naples, FL on a Sunday, to make two drop-​offs there.
Raoul was stellar! He called me three days before Sunday to confirm the pick-​up. He called all three locations to confirm their addresses. He called me the Sunday morning to confirm he had made the pick-​up. He called me a few hours later to confirm that everything had been dropped off. Each location let me know he was a consummate professional.
He saved the day!
Ready Courier is also member of the BBB, and is worthy of an A+ rating there.
I cannot say enough good things about this man and his company.
