I used Rent 1 Sale 1 to find my apartment. Everyone in the office is wonderful. The staff was easily accessible. With my long work hours, i have very limited free time, but they were able to work around my schedule so that I could go see listings. They understood exactly what I was looking for and were incredibly patient when the process took longer than expected. It was worth it though because they helped me find a great place. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy!

I called to speak with an associate (at the guidance of my own agent) concerning a property. His initial response, manner and tone were so far from professional I was completely shocked. Before I could even ask my question fully, he began to cut me off, speak loudly, almost yelling and dismissing my request that he allow me to finish. He continued this behavior repeatedly screaming «do you want the place or not» before rudely hanging up. I recorded some of the conversation on my phone.
As a profession with years of experience in customer service and as an educator I can not imagine having someone of this kind of character as an employee, especially working with something as personal as where one might live.
His excuse: The industry is so booming, he doesn’t need to care!
Unacceptable, please don’t waste your time.

I moved to Miami FL from St. Joseph MO. I talked to Pete Mateo. This guy was as welcoming as they come and very knowledgable of the area. Had several places to choose from. I had to find a 3 bedroom with plenty of parking and that was handicap accessable. It wasnt easy but we found one. I was also living out of my car so Pete really came through in speeding up the process to get me in this house. I felt like i was amongst friends which if you know Miami, you know that its very rare for people to lend a hand. I recommend anyone who needs help finding a place to get ahold of these guys. I personally dealt with Pete the whole time, but everyone seemed really nice and professional there.
