The customer service at the store was top notch. Omar was great from the minute we walked into the store; extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive and above all patient! Obviously I walked away with a purchase I have been thinking of for a very long time. The overall experience in the store was memorable and enjoyable and I most definitely will look forward to my next rolex!

We are always in Miami visiting and since the Design District opened 2 years ago we have been going in there but have never purchased anything until today!!! Omar was OUTSTANDING!!! He was very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Even though we spent a great deal of money on our timepiece everyone in the store was extremely welcoming and really made us feel at home!!! It’s safe to say we’ll be back soon!!!

Omar was incredible! Did I mention how amazing Omar is??? The facility is incredible… Very gracious and extremely professional. Made me feel at home and it hasn’t stopped. I had a watch shipped to me… 1st… And yes I was nervous!!! However… Omar made me feel very secure. He communicated with me every day until I received my watch (30 min ago). Yes I got a beautiful gift to accompany my beautiful watch and yes I spent a good deal of money but this store went above and beyond. Thank you thank you thank you… Better believe I will be going back when it’s time for the next one.

Visit #2 and it was just as pleasant– if not more than the first! WOW… How I miss great customer service! Of course being THE Rolex store, you kind of expect it; but I must say that the friendliness is refreshing. Keep up the great work! Sandy is your go-​to guy here. He is beyond helpful and takes his time explaining each and every detail– exactly what you want when investing in this kind of craftsmanship. Extremely knowledgeable. My father was in town visiting from Ohio and was in search of a new limited edition Rolex that is very hard to find. We stopped into the Mayors Rolex store in Aventura and were treated like we couldn’t afford anything there. We promptly left.
On a whim we stopped into the Rolex store in the design district and were instantly greeted by Omar who was welcoming and friendly. We had a fantastic experience there which led to a purchase being made.
I visited the store again recently to have a watch re-​sized, it has never quite fit right and I was told many years ago that there was nothing more that could be done, but Omar helped me again and the specialist pulled some magic and finally made it fit perfectly for me.
Well done guys! You represent the brand well.

Rolex Watches: Beautiful

Summary: I’m not sure why it’s so hard to get service in such a confined space. If I burst into the store, poured gasoline on myself, and proceeded to light myself on fire, I’m not sure the staff would have paid any more attention to me than on the Tuesday afternoon that I arrived, ready to browse and ask questions, ready for, you know, service… I wish, I wish, I wish this store had it’s act together because it left a bad taste in my mouth, a bad taste much like an acidic, multicolored vomit after a night out gallivanting around town, carelessly mixing hard liquor with a full stomach of Italian meatballs and freshly shucked oysters.
