The absolute worst! If I could give them no stars I would. Layers upon layers of incompetence all putting you on hold when you need them. They epitomize the horrible customer service you often get in south Florida. Do yourself a favor and and run away from southern oak.
I’ve paid a ton of money over many years to these guys. When I finally had to make a claim when a giant palm tree bisected my house, they take forever to resolve your claim. I am going on three months with rain coming in my roof and they are still challenging the estimates to repair it. Estimates that THEIR adjusters came up with!
Trying to get resolution:
When you finally get to speak with the owners (and believe me they make that difficult) they in fact defend their incompetent employees. Richard, «the problem solver» will constantly talk over you, the customer, and repeat the same off-​point bullshit in the hopes that you will go away. He’s a bully, not what you want or need when you have a claim.
Good and honest insurance companies are hard enough to find. Don’t risk your livelihood in the hands of these incompetent crooks.

Horrible Customer service. Will put you on hold for 5 mins +. Will talk to you in a condescending tone. Avoid them and simply use someone who likes to help people.
