First time taking my pup there and I am extremely happy with the outcome. They were very friendly and sweet to my dog. They are very professional, took down possible family members who could pick up my dog and lastly they also gave me a starter kit for visiting them

Ok, this is definitely long overdue and I regret it because this place truly deserves your business.
Back In May my husband and I went out of the country for 10 days and decided to try Scottie’s to leave our pain the butt 2 Yr old boy. He has not been much around other pets so that was a major concern.
We knew about her boarding services because we had used their spa services before. No complaints there either. The service was excellent so we decided to give it a try for boarding.
The facilities are exactly what I wanted for my dog and nothing less. After reading horror stories of dogs in cages this was heaven. Excellent side note: the more days you schedule you get a discount on the daily boarding fee
The owner and staff being pet owners themselves give you that reassurance that your pet will be in great hands. The facility is always clean, every dog has it’s own little room, with plenty of space for a bed, toys and their own food. She has a common play area for them where they can share toys (that she provides herself) for them to play. She even has plates and other stuff in case you forget (like I did =S)
The same day we registered she requested a point of contact should anything happen with the dog. She added me to whatsapp since we were going out of the country and she sent pictures and status updates almost every day.
Our dog is very spoiled and had never been away from us. He refused to eat for the first days and got a bad case of the poops =(All this I found out on the spot as she always kept us updated and while she did I could truly see that she was concerned for his wellbeing. She requested authorization from us to give him medication so he would get better and so he did.
This past Labor Day weekend we left him a second time and the experience was just as great.

This is the best groomer I’ve found in Miami. They truly care for your pet & they do a great job grooming. Only place I would ever consider boarding my dogs. Very happy with the service & great prices as well. A+++++++ :)

We needed air conditioned dog boarding, and Scottie Paws took excellent care of our dog while we were traveling. Having her photos & videos available on Facebook and Instagram was great for any family member that missed her. We had her groomed before we picked her up, and they did an outstanding job — she was the cleanest and prettiest she’d been in years. I would highly recommend Scottie Paws.

It’s the first time we use this service and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality, very professional, clean and sweet, our Dachshund was happy and clean. I am so happy I took my puppy here ! The owner cared for my pup as if he was her own. From the moment we stepped in she showed her love for pets and thruout the puppies stay she texted me pics showing he was ok and happy. The puppy suites are the best no cages! Plenty of space. she also groomed our pup perfectly. I definately recommend this place to all!

First off, I noticed there was no wet dog smell when I walked in like at most groomers. The facility is immaculately clean and has great customer service. Had a great experience here, the owner was very gentle and detailed with my little guy, Kiwi. She also provided me with some tips and product recommendations for his problem skin. Really appreciate the attention to detail and found the price to be fair.

I’m very happy my mobile groomer left me hanging yesterday… If not I wouldn’t have been fortunate enough to come across this place on Unilocal.They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment, they were courteous and great with my dogs. I’m very happy with the results and will not only be returning, but I will also be recommending them to my family and friends. I’m very happy!

Love this place! Been taking my Dachshund here for the last four months and don’t have any complaints. The owner is professional, very nice and courteous. You can tell this is a business that really loves animals. They also offer doggie outfits, shampoo and the owner occasionally brings treats She makes herself!
Ps– they also offer boarding and they groom cats as well.

I found myself looking for a place to leave our beloved puppy at the last minute and came across Scottie Paws Resort & Spa. I am completely satisfied with their services and do not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. My puppy was so happy that she did not want to leave when I went to pick her up.

We were highly recommended by a friend to give this pet spa a try and boy am I glad we did. Being my puppies first time at the groomer, he was teriffied, freaking out and put a battle to even get the leash on. However, the owner and young groomer made him feel as comfortable as they could. They eventually called me to help out which I thanked them for as he is a very timid & nervous dog. They were super nice and made the best recommendation for this shedding problem. They even showed us the boarding area for doggies gave us information which I will highly consider whenever I need to board him. Overall excellent customer service and highly professional. My puppy has never looked so handsome with his bandana which they put on him.

We were looking for a new place to get our dog groomed at and came across this place thanks to Unilocal.The owners are very welcoming and gave me a tour of their store. Our dog is usually very anxious when left at a groomer but seemed much more relaxed. He even fell asleep while the dryers were blowing on him. We will definitely be back!
They also have cage free boarding which is a great option when you are out of town.

The best! I trusted my little ones to Scottie Paws for my vacation and I left with the peace of mind of knowing they will be well taken care off. The first time I visited to check the installations I was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was, all the attention to detail and the personalized attention of Aylee and her Dad. During my vacation, I received updates and I was able to watch videos of them and that allowed me to truly enjoy my time off!
I highly recommend it!!!

I had made a appointment at 8:00 am but ended up being there at 9:00 am. Due to traffic it’s a little far from my area. When I had walk in the lady had greeted me and took in my lovely cat. She went ahead and started trimming his nails took him to get his bath, what was so nice of her she let me come to the back to watch her bath him, and blow dry him. He was put in a cage so he can stay and finish drying up. I had walk around and saw all the product ended up buying a body spray for pets couldn’t help myself tehe (;. In total a two hour wait but was worth in the end because he came back to me smelling great! It was very affordable I would say I would definitely come back.
P.s I guess when you have an appointment she has a black board the says welcoming and all the other pets name and my cat sanders name was up there thought it was sweet !!! (:

I also really recommend this place for boarding ! The owner is professional and friendly .

Today my schanuzer, Addy enjoyed her spa day and was treated like a princess. She enjoyed the comfort of the whole facility. It’s spacious, elegant and affordable.

I am a very happy costumer, they did a great job on my maltese baby. Beautiful accesories, healthy food and the best grooming service. They even gave me a very useful and profesional looking grooming report. Best service for a great price.

This place is great! Beautiful store, and great range of products and services. Picked up new all-​natural treats for my dog, and she LOVES them! Definitely recommend!
