Sedano’s Pharmacy & Discount

Don’t like this place at all. A Lot of people cone here thinking since it’s a small family owned supermarket they’d get the best deals… But that’s not true! A lot of products here are actually more expensive. I would never buy produce or meat here, not fresh.

Sedano’s is a great place for typical Cuban foods. The produce section could use a little organization but the meat section is great. You can have your meats cut to order and their special’s are unbeatable.

I live about a block away but I’d rather drive any distance to the closest CVS instead of going through the painful process of dropping off and picking up meds here, both a very dreadful experience. For one, you need to take a number like those at your local deli and bakery instead here it serves no purpose.
If the impolite employee recognizes someone waiting, he or she quickly serves them first and ignore you. Forget you are standing a couple feet away waiting for your turn that should be validated by the ineffective number. Once I was finally acknowledged, it was only to find out my meds were not ready or possibly not available there. I guess following up with customers by phone is not the norm here. Luckily for me, I was picking up allergy meds and not very important meds, otherwise I’d be in trouble.
