Clean facility, nice people working there. However, they don’t send you receipts, and refuse to email them to you. This is unfortunate as I am on the other side of the country and this is a business expense. Surely a storage unit deals with people that aren’t local all the time, why have such a ridiculous policy about receipts? And don’t give me «It’s a safety concern» because a little common sense would deduce there isn’t much of a risk of emailing a receipt for a storage unit. These aren’t airplanes.
