Our founders (Ernesto Mendoza, Francisco Ruiz and Jaime Vega) have been part of the Miami running scene for decades, from coaching to establishing marathons, Running specialty retail experience, to marketing and advertising for major world brands. We live our passion. We get out and run.

Also, join us on Wednesdays @ 7pm as we take off on our 3 – 4 mile weekly run with our Kendall RUN Club. Four pace groups including a walking group. Lets Get FIt Together Miami!

First time going to this place was AWESOME. Service was really great. They ask if it’s your first time there and put you on a treadmill to find out your running posture. They tell you which shoes fit you best and give your choices to pick from. Employees are runners themselves so they know what it takes for the shoe to be up to snuff. Bit on the pricey side but totally worth the shoes and service.

Stopped by on Small business Saturday (11÷28÷15) to check out deals. Nice store with friendly staff. They had good prices and many items on sale. They didn’t have my size in any of the three shoes I wanted, but I was still able to buy a pair of men’s shoes.

I went in to replace my Asics running shoes today because they’ve outrun the standard 500 miles. Joaquin helped my fiancé and k out — he was personable and knowledgeable, helped me find a pair of running shoes that are sturdy enough for by bad ankle, along with helping my fiancé with his shoe upgrade. He even gave me exercise suggestions on how to strengthen my ankle :)
Overall a very pleasant experience where neither my fiancé nor I felt pressured to make a purchase. Will definitely be coming back!

Hubby and I were looking to buy running shoes while we were on vacation from Scotland and this was recommended by my Facebook running club. So glad we made it out there. The service was amazing, the prices were what you would expect at a running store, and the sales guy went above and beyond to make sure we had the right fit. We will definitely be back (we grew up in Miami and visit often). Our sales guy even gave us a free Sole Runners shirt, we were super happy.

I have been searching for a running store since I moved to Miami and I decided to give Sole Runners a try. My experience was nothing short of amazing! The customer service is great and their knowledge is even more impressive!
I went in seeking a shoe that would fit my style of running and also provide support for previous injuries. Jaime analyzed my running style, asked me a few questions and brought me some great options. He stayed with me and assessed how I felt with each pair he brought out until I was absolutely sure I found the perfect fit. Needless to say I walked out with a perfect pair of shoes! I can’t wait to break them in! Thank you for your time and patience Jaime! I will be returning!

Service in Miami is a rarity, but SoleRUNNERS is the exception to this rule. I can’t remember the last time I had such a great experience buying something as basic as running shoes. Jaime understood the timeline I was working with (lunch break), but he still meticulously fitted me to a new pair of running shoes after I tore the sole off mine on the track over the weekend. He found the perfect balance between what’s right for my running style combined with the type of shoe I enjoy. After two runs in as many days, I can say that he found the absolute perfect pair for me. If you’re looking for a great fitting for a running shoe, there should be no other place for you to look in the Miami area.

First time here… Got fitted with a great pair of running shoes that fit my running style. Yeah, I actually ran & they recorded my style… Never really had that before, as I generally just try & buy the most expensive thing from sports authority thinking it’s the best, man was I wrong.
No pressure & the sales women (Thuy) really knew her stuff & took her time. Will be buying here again & again. Professional advice & the shoes were the same price or better than the box stores, a must if you want to run effectively & comfortably.

Great place to buy good shoes. Ernie Mendoza knew his stuff and took care of my issue by process of elimination. He asked alot of questions then recorded me jogging on the treadmill. He spent a lot time with me and my feet are now pain free. I was only able to walk 3 to 4 miles a day with bunion pain but with these new Brooks sneakers I feel like I may be able to run 3 miles again very soon.

I have been shopping at this location for two years now. I love the sense of community, customer service and pricing they offer.
They do a running test prior to recommending shoe, which is great! You can also bring in your current sneakers and they will check wear/​tear of shoe to see where you need most support.
They also have a running club in Wednesdays and they also work hand in hand with team Fdc (fantastic running club I have been a part of for some time).

Wonderful service and knowledgable staff! I purchased shoes for my first half marathon and Jaime and Ernie were so helpful! Highly recommended for any level runner! They have everything you need and great tips! Running on the treadmill and trying numerous pairs of running shoes helped tremendously.

Best customer service ever!
I highly reccomend coming in and getting fitted for running shoes. They measured my foot and then recorded my gate on the treadmill. After analyzing that they showed me a few options and again recorded mg gate to see the improvement. The improvement was completely visible. Once I took my new shoes on a run I truly appreciated the change. I was able to cut a full minute off of my mile.
The pricing is really fair as well. Often times they have a large section if sake merchandise. I’ve gone in randomly looking for workout accessories and they always manage it have exactly what I need.
The staff is very friendly but even more Important, they’re so well knowledge on all of the products. They provide advice based on personal experience and customer review. It’s the perfect place to begin your run, crossfit, and other needs! Hurry up and get fitted

This is by far the best running store ever!!! they genuinely care about their customer and are NOT product pushers. Sole Runner employees really make it a point to really and truly find the right shoe and/​or equipment based on your needs.
Excellent customer service, friendly staff and good selection! I love this place for so many reasons and I don’t mind driving extra or even paying more if I had to because the experience is that superior!
Sole Runners was a huge contributor in my development as a runner. Countless times I went in for advice, I joined their run groups (free) and I was motivated enough to sign up for halfs, 5k’s, trail tuns you name it! they are very much involved in the fitness community and i couldn’t be prouder of their success!

They should call this place Soul-​Runners, because when you’re here you really feel like you’re being helped out by a genuine individual. I’ve been to this shop a few times and have referred at least 10 of my friends whom have gone and purchased shoes the same day.
Pro’s:
They provide friendly and low pressure service during your selection and really focus on finding «the right shoe». The staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to explaining the reasons why one shoe will work better for you than another. Instead of just suggesting shoes based on what looks good they actually bring a bit of science to the equation. First comes the fitting using the traditional sizing tool (learned recently that my left foot is slightly larger than my right foot). After a bit of questioning regarding your running history, what kind of training you’ll be doing and what not, comes the test fit. From there you are put on a treadmill and asked to run how you normally run while the staff member uses an IPAD to record your running gait. From there using a pretty sleek little software the associate visually shows you the breakdown of your run pattern and will suggest the type of show that will help improve your running. In my case I tend to be an over pronator and the show I was fit for was one that had more stability. They have the usual policy regarding returns/​exchanges but in the past I was able to exchange a pair of shoes after taking them home to test out because it turned out they were just slightly too tight. Its a great experience each time.
As an extra plus, they have a weekly Run Club which is free and open to runners of all athletic abilities.
Cons:
I wish they had more variety for those of us that have wide feet.

My husband is an avid runner and he LOVES this store. He can spend hours here just talking with the employees about upcoming races, energy foods, recovery methods, shoes etc. Very nice, knowledgable and patient staff. When he first came in to buy running shoes, they placed him on a treadmill to test his running style and came up with a pair of shoes that work very well with him and he bought another pair when they were in sale. I bought a pair of shoes recently cause I do a lot of Bootcamp exercises and some mild running (5K, 10K) and the shoes worked out great! My shins aren’t sore anymore!
If you are into running, this is the place you can get it all. They also have run clubs to help train people for marathons and/​or just for fun. Check it out.
