Get here early if you want to try their homemade soup. They don’t make much, and what they do make goes fast!
The paninis are tiny and not worth the $ 9-​$ 11 price tag. You’ll get more value at Subway or Quiznos. And don’t think they’re used Boar’s Head cold cuts or free range chicken either, because they’re not.
I had the Special Skirt Steak. It was served with a side of brown rice and sauteed peppers and onions. At $ 12 and cooked to order, it was a decent value.
There are only a handful of tables inside and out if you choose to dine-​in. The to-​go options are minimal (about a dozen choices) but priced fairly.
Overall, if you’re looking for a healthier option in the area, I can’t think of a better alternative.

A great concept. When my wife is out of town, i buy their recipe bags and i enjoy cooking very good food without being a chef. You can also have lunch at their place which is nice, and they have a nice website to order from. Recommended !!! A++++

This is one of my favorites places to eat lunch in South Florida. The food tastes homemade, as it is completely made from scratch with all natural and organic ingredients. I have bought their ready-​to-​cook recipe bags whenever I want to eat a meal at home but don’t have anything in the fridge or am just feeling lazy. The food is always delicious, and even my 9 year old daughter can cook using their recipe bags! I also enjoy the meals at the restaurant and often order from their take out menu (I order from their website and get my food delivered) which varies daily… vegetable soup, quesadillas, roast pork… all very tasty and cooked to perfection. The last meal I had there, a shrimp curry with organic corn and brown rice, was absolutely delicious! Another plus is the place is one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. From outside you can see the kitchen and the cooks which is a nice touch because you can see how clean the food prep is. The owner Martha is delightful and has always gladly made any changes I’ve requested. This is not the cheapest place to eat lunch, but if you’re looking for quality and healthy choices, this is THE place to eat lunch. If you’re watching what you eat, this is the best place to eat a healthy, well-​balanced meal served in reasonable portions.

A friend that regularly uses their food service invited me to lunch at their tiny place. Their primary business is to prepare organic meals (uncooked and with instructions, like paint-​by-​numbers, or already cooked, I think) for customers to take home and cook. But they also have a few tables (4) for those that wish to eat in for lunch and dinner.
We sat at one of the 4 tables and the first thing I noticed was the loud, really loud music. Mind you, the music was nice– jazzyish– but the volume was way off. I tried getting the server’s attention to lower the music but that didn’t work out. I tried getting the attention of another worker but she ignored or didn’t hear my «excuse me…», so I gave up on that. That was the first ding.
We ordered pumpkin soup ($ 4) small leaf lettuce salad-​really small– ($ 3) and My friend had the quesadilla with tomatoes and cheese (I think it was $ 8 or $ 9).
the 2^nd ding was when I asked for lemon for my water. «we don’t have real lemons but I can give you some lemon juice» said the server. what? An organic food establishment has constituted lemon juice in place of real lemons? Uh, oh.
The 3^rd ding was that my tiny salad came pre-​dressed with oil (not olive) and only oil. It took a while, but I was eventually able to snag some balsamic vinegar so I could eat the salad. It was really tasty then, but too tiny.
The 4^th ding was the pumpkin soup. Or should I say the Ginger soup with pumpkin color. Yuk! My friend’s quesadilla was just ok (which I ate some of since I was still hungry due to my meager meal).
The service was spotty (we were the only customers!) and not particularly friendly. I found the prices expensive for the portions and food quality. Other items on the menu seemed to be way over-​priced as well.
Needless to say, I left hungry and dissatisfied. I gave them 2 stars because the place was very clean looking, which is a plus in my book. However, i will not be visiting this place again.
