Starbucks

On my way to Key Biscayne and stopped by Starbucks to pick up two Mocha Latte’s, one egg cheese and bacon sandwich and one chorizo sandwich. My order ended up being close to $ 20. I couldn’t believe how expensive eating at Starbucks would be cause usually I don’t come here other than a small coffee at times. The sandwiches were very small and not so filling. Your better off just sticking to the coffee’s.
The service was quick and they were very nice.
They offer free Wi-​Fi and have inside and outside seating. Its also very clean. The parking is close and they also have a bike ramp. I believe Starbucks is overrated and expensive for nothing. If i do come back it would probably be the one inside Barnes in Noble in Kendall you could at least read some books and much more spacious.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks! Even though it’s not near my house but it’s worth the drive cause they never disappoint me with how they make my mocha frapp and they fill it to the top! It’s worth coming here the staff is superb and friendly. There are 3 employees that know my drink and how to make them properly and Conner is amazing and so sweet! But the other employee he is a black gentleman and he is such amazing person and he is super funny and a sweetheart as well he is a shift leader or something but him and Conner are top notch and the best ever! But this Starbucks at this location never disappoints me I always leave happy!

The service has improved some at this location over the last year so I’ll give them another star for that. However, they continue to close off the bathrooms too early before closing. Although there aren’t enough tables inside, I really enjoy the tables outside. There are only 4 locations in West Kendall and this one has great outdoor seating.

I have to say out of all the Starbucks in Kendall, this one is the MOST packed. No matter what time of the day. I live a skip and hop away, and wish that I could come here to study except every time I try too. It’s always full!
So I usually do an online order through the app, and I’ve made it when I just parked in the parking lot to test how long they take to make the drink. Because no one likes a cold coffee. I parked, walked in, and the coffee is waiting for me on the table. I’ve never had a problem with their service.
The only reason why I have to give them 3 stars is for never having a table available, and the parking is always a disaster. It’s a very tight shopping center. I wish they had drive thru!
My usual order is the Dirty Chai with a double expresso shot and skim milk. One of the baristas there requested it to me. Now I spend almost $ 7 for a tall coffee, but is well worth it!

Nothing good about this location. I use mobile order before I leave my house. I live 5 – 10 minutes away. They never ever ever have the order even started when I arrive and always blame the machine. After I ask then they check for mobile orders and say «we just got this» or «something is wrong with the machine» nah — I been here waiting and you all are dancing and fooling around. Sorry to bother you with my pesky order. I was there at 8:30 and bey were seemingly preparing to close. Customers stay away they don’t want you here!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. I love this location only. The customer service is amazing. The big Boss Bo, is awesome and has taught his people well.

This Starbucks is in a extremely busy plaza thanks to its neighbors… Chipotle, Pei Wei, and Cold Stone. Too much ‘Merica addiction in one spot. It’s always great to stuff your face and the. Get your Starbucks fix. Haha!

Never have I been more disappointed in visiting a Starbucks location until now. I brought my MacBook to work on school work. Ordered my coffee and decided on two croissants to compliment my coffee. Asking for croissants in addition to my order seemed to bother the cashier. He gave them to me without asking me if I wanted them warmed up. I had to ASK which also was bothersome for him. About 10 min of me standing there till I received my change and my warmed up croissants. Sat back down at the table only to have to put my headphones to attempt to drown out the loud obnoxious employees talking about the girls that were previously sitting inside Starbucks and making sexual comments about them. Extremely disapprove of this behavior and in no way should this be allowed in such a billion dollar company. Disruptive condescending behavior that isn’t how I think Starbucks would like to do business. Do not come to his location at least not until this is addressed and corrected

Came to this location to get some work done. Unfortunately the young staff at this location act like the store is a full on dance club. They began to «close the store» (putting chairs on tables beginning at 10:30 pm; store closes at Midnight). They cranked the music louder than usual, and were constantly screaming loudly. It was clear that they lack professionalism and I’m sure the store owner is unaware of their childish behavior. Regardless if you want to get any work done, I’d recommend visiting another location.

I ordered a simple Doppio Espresso Macchiato and they did it wrong the first time. I do not understand why they almost never do it right the first time and I have to explain how to do it.

This Starbucks has the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. Stopped in for my usual 10+ drinks for my photo crew (yes I’m that guy you hate being behind in line). They were efficient and friendly to me and all their regulars, even at 7:00AM.
*If you get stuck behind me, you can either gripe about it to your friend on the phone or be nice and I might just buy your drink for you

Every time I come to this Starbucks it is super packed and the line takes FOREVER! The employees are rude and so inefficient I happened to get the manager today and I told her about my past experiences, she was nice enough to apologize and give my son an extra cake pop. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to

The worst thing about this place is the amount of traffic it gets. The parking situation can get nasty since there are several popular places next door and limited parking space, but their seating is great and the service is good. I was served immediately and accurately. I like the «bar seating» for lack of a better term. It feels like home. I sat there on the stool reading the other day while they prepared drinks and it felt like I was at home.
Again, worst thing is location, both parking and getting in and out of the plaza. Besides that, it’s your standard Starbucks grub.

The staff here are very nice. I have been there in the morning when they have a rush and seen how badly they are treated by some customers when there are only 2 people attending to 20 customers and they do the best they can.
At night the parking is really bad and there is not enough places to sit inside.
I am not big on coffee, but the staff has always given me great recommendations for drinks to try. I even gotten around to talking about NBA basketball with them which is cool.

This Starbucks is alright. There are worse ones.
The layout is not my favorite and the parking kind of sucks. I don’t like that they block the restrooms with trash cans and chairs before closing (anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes prior) Im assuming because they’ve cleaned them and don’t want us to dirty them up.
Some of the Baristas are kind and others are just mute. Not a peep out of them which is kind of rude but its Sbux so whatever. Some of the tables need repair and the place isnt always clean or the condiments stocked so 3 stars it is.

Okay so you can find a starbucks on almost any corner but this one has great baristas, knowledgeable and friendly.
Great place to hang out have a chat or catch up on some reading on your tablet while having a great cup of coffee.
Recently I was their and the barista working at the time mentioned you can now have Coconut Milk with your lattes. The combination with the Flan Latte available now is just too good for words!!! THANK YOU barista for that awesome tip.
Some of my favs are the; Pumpkin Spice, Crème Brule, Gingerbread and now of course the Flan. I know they have a Tiramisu but im sure its great too.
Besides their great coffee making the staff is always attentive and friendly. Cleanliness is always on par and I never have issues with seating. Granted it gets busy but if you’re willing to wait and enjoy your coffee surely you’ll find seats become available.

Service was faster than normal today for my hazelnut coffee. Counter is clean and yes, we got a table…

Absolutely hate this Starbucks but it’s the closest one to my house. Half the time I order something they don’t have it. Out of this syrup or out of that salad. I hate this place. The store is located in a high-​traffic area. They should carry more food and drink items than most Starbucks do.

What is there to say, it’s usually hit or miss. Sometimes the coffee is great, but the service sucks or vice versa. I personally would rather have bad service than bad coffee. This location was good, the parking isn’t that great, but it’s a high volume plaza with many options for food. The service was friendly and our coffee was «Legendary» which happened to be the name of the Barista.

Internet is deathly slow (Why not 5 stars), otherwise good service and it’s a Starbucks… the menus offerings are all tasty.
Great place to study/​work on the weekends but it’s pretty crowded during the weekdays. Loved that the manager allowed me to bring my dog in to treat her after a seizure. I try send people here and to do all my coffee buying business here to return the favor.
Parking’s kind of crappy though that none of there fault, there are several popular chain establishments in the shopping center along with a bank.

I love this Starbucks location.
The staff is awesome, there are plenty of tables inside and outside, and plenty of easy to find parking in the huge shopping center parking lot.
The one downside is that there’s no drive through here, and sometimes on a rainy day you just want a Starbucks fix without sacrificing your good hair day and/​or waking up your sleeping kid in the back seat, you know?

It’s like every starbucks except their wifi sucks here. I like to come here to study and have coffee. I like the fact that it’s in a shopping center with plenty of places to go for food. plenty of seating area and staff is pretty friendly. Too bad the wifi sucks here otherwise it would have given them a higher rating.

Great teas and coffee, better service. Everyone very attentive, friendly and always paying attention to the clients orders, never noticed a mistake with an order.
I am not a coffee person but enjoy coming here.
The relaxing atmosphere, the free wifi, the great products.
All make a very nice place to have either a hot coffee or white chocolate to start the day or a refreshing cold mix in the hot afternoon.
A place to unwind and relax completing some work or homework in the laptop.

Not a big fan of service where employees are so wrapped up in their own conversations they forget to engage with the customer. Had this experience at this particular starbucks and I’m not a fan of that treatment.
Too bad for my double chocolate chip frap cause it was pretty yum… would’ve hooked it up with some stars based on that, but starbucks are on every corner so I’ll just have to find a better suited one all around that deserves the better rating.

Nice baristas. Yummy drinks. Typical wait time (5 – 10 minutes) even with no one in line.
Usually most seats are taken up but either way I always take it to go when I come to this location.
Coffee from Sbucks, Chocolate Chip Cookie from Pei Wei ($ 1 and MUCH tastier than SB’s)
Tip: in the plaza with the Walgreens next to Chipotle and Pei Wei.
Why 4 stars and not 5? Because although friendly, the Baristas are usually in conversation with eachother and take a little too long for my simple Iced Americano, black.

So now that Starbucks has become my mobile office stop, I have been able to make it back to this West Kendall location and I am so glad for that because these guys are probably the friendliest Starbucks baristas in Miami. I am always greeted with excellent service here and they are really good at making my cappuccino exactly how I like it. The trick to a good cappuccino is all about the foam, and these boys sure do it right!
I would never say that any Starbucks ever beats the local coffee roasting mom and pop shops, but as a Starbucks this one is for sure top notch.
