More than half of the people doing nothing. A line full of people. Only talking and hugging among themselves. Zero customer satisfaction. And the food was only okay. Will not return.

I rarely review places that deserve less than one star, but I think I have to warn fellow Dolphin mall shoppers, so they can look for another place to eat. I have eaten here three times, and all experiences are below 2 stars. I usually order the shrimp tempura, which consists of two sides and shrimp fried on the flat stove. Here are the issues: — I always order the yellow rice and noodles as the sides… rice was dry, like it was cooked a day before, and tasteless. Noodles were lukewarm and kind of slimy. Put some soy sauce on top to help digest those two. The shrimp was undercooked, it didn’t have that strong pink color, it was on the pale side, and it was not consistent, having a mushy texture. — Service is not friendly, nobody is smiling and thanking you for the business. The attitude is «I don’t care about this job». Please quit and let someone else that really needs to work take your place. Anyway, this place got potential… serving healthy tasty Japanese at a super crowded mall could be a hit… but please don’t serve crap and take advantage of the millions of clueless tourists that pass in front of your store every year and make the mistake try the your food. Hint and suggestion given.

Suki Hana is where you’ll find the best food in the Dolphin Mall food court. I understand that doesn’t mean much but it’s the truth! They have the winning combination(my fav) of steamed white rice or noodles, veggies, and their addicting chicken teriyaki. The chicken and the veggies are cooked to order here and the sauce is crack. You’ll always have a fresh meal rather than hoping that the meal you chose at 7pm hasn’t been sitting there since 12pm. You can get a quick, tasty, meal and if you skip the soda(it’s a trap!) it’ll be a very affordable option considering the portion size. If I absolutely have to eat at Dolphin, I’ll be here.(After doing a sample run, of course!)

Probably your best bet for vegetarian food in the Dolphin Mall food court. I ordered their vegetarian combo and a drink for less than $ 9. It includes fried rice, veggies, a spring roll and teriyaki tofu. The taste was decent but my main complaint is that they didn’t make any effort to not cook the tofu right on top of where they were cooking the chicken. Root beer bonus points!

i dont know if she went to another place, but i had the exact oposite experience here. ive been here twice already and today i arrived pretty late, around 950 when they close at 10. not only did they prepare the roles i wanted, with the changes i wanted, but they even let me enjoy my meal without any rush. this is my new gem of a place and im planning on coming back at least once a week it is very cheap and very fresh and clean.

Let me say this; Wherever! Are you kidding me? Can you believe they let their cooks drink and cook in front of you, yes they try to be funny and cook in front of you, but seriously, the manager came up and ask the following question; what would you like to drink? I mean the cook not us, he replied; a beer… and she brought him a beer. After that the skinny blond American cook said these 3 words in Japanese; Yamaha, Susuki, Kawasaki… wherever. Next table; another drunk chef cooking and drinking with the customers, ok, maybe it is funny but… wherever…this guy was doing shot after shot, cooking and flipping food drunk. Food was not good, this is like Japanese fast food restaurant, it is disrespectful to any other Japanese restaurant. Believe me, they drink and cook. Yes it is cheap .I guess.
