I came here with 2 friends to look for some pieces for my bedroom renovation. As soon as we walked in, the owner Susane Ronai shouted at us from the desk in the middle of the office «Watch your step — especially you with that coffee. I shouldn’t even let you in with a coffee.» It was a very cold welcome and we almost just turned right around but we stayed because we wanted to check out the furniture.
I found a piece that I liked and looked for a price tag. There wasn’t one. I then asked Susane «where are the price tags» and she responded «you ask me, and I will tell you the price»… I think this is not a good business practice since this means that the owner can give a different price to anyone, depending on who they are or how they look etc.
Overall, the furniture is nice, but the owner’s attitude made this experience not worth my time. I won’t be stopping by to Susane R in the future on my trips to the Miami Design District.
