Alain did a wonderful job pruning my trees in my home. His team was fast and efficient, and the pricing is very reasonable. He also knows the best practices for trees and gardens. I highly recommenced Tech 1 Landscaping and will definitely be calling them next time the need arises.

Good lawn guys are hard to find and we found ‘em! Before, our yard was once again an overgrown mess due to people not showing up or leaving in the middle of a job. I came home one day to a ‘free estimate’ card from tech 1 on my front porch. We called right away and Alain and his brother came over to take a look and had the yard in tip top shape the very next day! They are reliable, flexible and super nice! We’re very happy with their service and definitely would recommend!

Tech 1 Landscaping was there at the drop of a hat when I need last minute landscaping. I had been out of town for weeks and my yard was a MESS! August in Miami is hot and rainy and my quaint yard became a serious jungle. I had a last minute meeting at my home and I could not let anyone see my yard in such condition. I called 4 other landscaping services and I was literally hung up on three of the four times and the other business wasn’t even a working number. I was so happy I turned to Unilocal and found Tech 1. I was connected to Alain who was very helpful and friendly. He quoted me a fair price and was able to fit my request into his busy schedule. Withing 2 hours of calling, the job was done! Alain has mowed and edged my yard twice now. He does a very thorough job and was attentive to my particular requests – paying close attention to cutting around fruit tress without damaging – and always does an impeccable job cleaning up. I look forward to continuing to use his services for lawn maintenance, and in the future, likely for sod laying and tree trimming as well!
