The Little Tooth Doctor

Prior to The Little Tooth Doctor, I was at another orthodontist. I did not like my previous orthodontist at all. He was so rude and prolonged the process.
I was a little hesitant to start somewhere new, but Dr. Chris and his staff were very friendly. He worked with the braces I had even though they were different than his and much more complicated. You can say my previous orthodontist put a transformer in my mouth.
It was such a different environment. From the ladies at the front desk, to the dental hygienists. Everyone got along and made jokes with each other.
Dr. Chris is such a sweet guy. He talks to you and gets to know you. I felt so comfortable with him and his staff. They really care about the patient.

The only nice and polite person was the dental higienist but then you cant ask her anything because she tells you to wait for the dentist if you need to know anything. Then, you ask the dentist and he seems too busy and has an attitude, ignores your question or answers with «i dont know». You might think that being his business or his office he might be a little more informed about proceedures or is a bit more welcoming but no.

We have been using the little tooth doctor for over a year. Both our kids are seen by Dr Rene Landa. It’s located inside a shopping center with plenty of available parking. When walking in you and the little ones will be greeted by a pleasant staff, the place is decorated with bright colors and kid friendly pictures. I like that the waiting room has a little coloring table for the kids so it keeps them busy while waiting for the doc.
While your child sits in the exam chair he/​she will be distracted from the bright light on their face, sound of the suction, and people proving at the mouth by watching a movie on a flat screen. Dr Landa is amazing with the kids I don’t even have to be in the room when my son or daughther are having procedures. It really takes a special person to work with kids, he is very patient and kind. We have never waited more than 5 – 10 mts to see the doctor. We even had tooth emergencies and they were able to schedule us to see the doc on the same day. I like that they always call me a few days prior to the appointment to remind and discuss of any co payments or insurance info, this is so helpful that way I don’t walk in the place clueless of my responsibilities as a patient. Also there is a room in the back with video games so the siblings can keep themselves busy. If you want easy, convenient location, friendly staff, a doctor with great bedside manners, and a clean facility then this is the right place for those little Molars !!! I call this place dental bliss!!! And parent sanity. :)
