Quick, friendly service. Very clean and we were greeted immediately. Parking in the Westchester/Sports Authority lot was easy –but today is Columbus Day.

I only come here to send my school books back to Chegg. There’s never really a long line. They are pretty quick to attend their customers. Sometimes their in a good mood, other times they are not. It’s really a hit or miss.

High prices, poor customer service. Avoid UPS Store if possible. You even have to pay to use a computer to print something, which FedEx doesn’t do.
