Had an amazing experience with hair stylist Cecilia. She was so friendly and welcoming and did my hair exactly how I wanted it. She took her time with my thick, dry hair. Will definitely be returning to her!

I love this place, I have been going here since I was 16 and I am now 20! I always do my eyebrows with Chi and she is amazing! Also, I cut my hair here and they always do a great job! Everything they do at the salon always leaves me happy! :)

I decided to try this place out just because its convenient. Tina did my eyebrow threading which came out great. She also did my Gel manicure and pedicure. At first I was happy with it but after a week my nails started chipping. Usually when I get Gel mani’s they don’t chip until after two weeks. A little disappointed. –_–

This place SUCKSS! I used to do my nails there the gel polish would come off within 2 days! Last time Trang did my hair and she RUINED my perfectly healthy hair, It turned orange bc I had black hair and she tried to do a «bolayage», she had no idea what she was doing my hair started falling off I had long hair and left the salon with my hair over my shoulders! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I have to. My friend recommended Pamila for hair– I’m so glad I went to her! Finding a hairstylist who is sweet, listens to your vision, and delivers is very very difficult! She did exactly what I asked her and was very graceful throughout the whole process. Just made me feel very comfortable and like I could trust her with my hair. Everyone else at the salon was also very friendly. The lady in charge of washing your hair is so gentle and cute! Loved it here and I’ll surely go back/​refer others :)

I cane to Tiffany’s to get a mani pedi with my mother and turned into a big disappointment. The lady I had was using a nail polish color which needed to be thrown out, it was old. Once she started painting I told her it’s too thick can I get another color, she ignored me. Then she started leaving my nails with uneven globs of paint that I told her to fix and she gave me attitude. Then when it was time for my pedi, I moved to the chair and she told me to take off my own shoes!!! I looked at her like really!!! She had just painted my nails (not gel). So of course taking off my own shoes I messed up my nails. Now I have a mani pedi that might last a day, upset that I just wasted my money. Never coming back again!!!

Chi is amazing with eyebrows and just with her hands in general. She is very fast, efficient and hard working! She is the busiest person there and still manages to have me in and out in no more than 10 to 15 minutes. My eyebrows etc always come out phenomenal and perfect! I love Chi and love that she values all of her clients and knows them on a first name basis when you come in. She is always friendly and greets you the moment they call her over the loud speaker for eyebrows or whatever it is you need done by her. I know that she is the most popular in the salon because there are always a lot of people waiting on her. She never has you waiting too long for her. Either way Chi is worth the wait she does an amazing job every time!

they do a great job with massage and they take their time to make sure ur nails are done perfectly. Vast selection of colors to choose from.

First time I make a comment on a place where I went to get service on. I got highlight. haircut and blower done. The stylist was aggressive (bruta). She left bleach on my hair and just walked away to style another customers hair. I had to call her various times to make sure that my few has didn’t fall off. Very disappointing. $ 175 later plus a 20% tip. Next day I returned si that the owner could fix the uneven cut. Two days later I went to another hairstylist to give me another hair cut. Never ever again will I set foot in tjis place.

I go here for my eyebrow threading. I love how Lian threads my brows! Perfect every time!

Chi and Trang have given me the absolute best threading service for over a year now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great little atmosphere.

Did my refill here the day before 4^th of July. Came in a hurry and had no where else to go. Now I had to take off my nails cause they’re yellow! I somehow got a bacteria from the tools they were using.

Cheap, quick and always clean and cute! Jonathan was recommended to me by a friend and he was so great I have to do the same for the Miami Unilocal community!

Chose this salon randomly, needed a place close by to take my daughter for a haircut. The one place I wanted to go to was closed on Sunday’s, but I must say we were very happy with this find. We made an appointment for 1:30pm and arrived 15min early, but they took us in within 5min. The hair cut turned out beautiful, exactly what my daughter had in mind, maybe even nicer than what we expected. We will definitely return.

Manager is super unprofessional she was advising my problems to the entire store out loud.
She cut my hair so short today I want to sue her. BEWARE she REFUSED TO REFUND ME ANYTHING. I have always had long hair and she says her fingers slipped.

Never going back. My hair was ruined and I spent 7 hrs the first day and Trane told me that
she wanted me to come back the following day because I was unhappy with my color…

$ 335 with pedi and Mani and still had to have my hair cut a week later because of the
damage and ashy color… NEVER AGAIN !!!

If I could I would have given it negative stars. Be very careful when you get your hair done here. I usually only write short reviews when I experience something really good or really bad! But this one deserves a full explanation.
I went in their originally to get my manicure, the owner who was super nice came to me and started talking to me about my highlights and how I should go ahead and try the ombrè cause it would look great, so on so forth. I wasn’t too convinced at first cause I’m not one to make decisions so quick when it comes to changing my hair. Not to mention my hair was long and healthy, always getting compliments. This lady kept on trying to convince me even to the point of saying that my highlights weren’t properly done. Long story short, I fell in the trap and gave in, I thought she was going to do them but it ended up being done by some guy that was the best according to her. My hair paid the price, the ombrè SUCKED! It was horrible and it literally fu_​_​_​_​my hair. I was so pissed, not to mention that they charged me this ridiculous amount for this catastrophe that I had just done to my hair. I ended up having to dye all my hair the next day with my original hairstylist, I was embarrassed to have to tell her what had happened. It’s been almost a year since that happened and my hair has never been the same since. WORST decision of my life!

I’ve watched this salon grow over the years into a bigger and nicer place. I’ve been coming here to get my haircut by Pamela for about 6 years. She does a great job and always understands the way I want my hair cut and styled. She’s one of the best and does amazing coloring as well. She gets booked fast, so make an appointment to assure you have a spot. I would recommend going during the week, it’s less packed and you don’t have to wait as long in between clients.
The salon itself is very spacious. One side is for nails while the other is for hair. There’s also a washing station where very nice women wash your hair and massage your head. There’s also a separate waxing room and changing room. All the employees that work there are very nice. I’ve never had any problems with this salon, I definitely recommend coming to get your hair done here (ask for Pamela!)!

I needed a brow place closer to home so I really looked forward to coming to this salon because of the reviews on Unilocal and real life recommendations from people. However, my personal experience was less than good. I don’t write reviews — much less negative reviews but I am really unhappy with the end result of my threading experience in this place.
I was on time to my appointment but I had to wait about 20+ minutes because the person scheduled to do my brows was doing someone else’s hair color. When I was finally attended to she didn’t even listen to what I wanted for my brows or the concerns I had with my brows. I like thick brows/​have a scar on one of my brows and she completely ruined the shape and thinned them out. She then proceeded to tell me she did a «perfect» job and walked out without hearing any feedback from me. She didn’t listen to me the 5 minutes she was with me and I had to look for the cooling gel MYSELF and apply it myself to my brows and the irritated skin around it. I’m so upset because now I have to let my brows grow for months in order to begin to attempt my natural thick brow look.
The customer service by the person who did my brows was horrible. The receptionist was nice and the salon was packed — however, my needs weren’t met and I will definitely never recommend this place and will be traveling far to get my brows done correctly.

I get my hair blow dried with Manolita every 2 weeks. She is QUICK and does a great job. From wash to iron I have never exceeded 40 minutes with her, and considering how much hair I have, that’s record timing. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because my manicure experiences haven’t been the best, and my shellac peeled off after 2 days.
