I hired this firm to handle a red light ticket. After paying the attorney fees I was assessed $ 277.00 court fees. The firm never advised I would have to pay this insanely high court fee. I would have been better off just paying the $ 158 amount from the citation. The firm does not communicate anything with you and you constantly have to call for status. Do not use.

For Years I’ve done business with the «TRAFFIC TICKET OFFICE «I’m not sure how they do it for their fee you hand your ticket over to them and they will take care of it. They are reputable and exceptionally good the office staff is friendly and aware of the customers need so for the the next ticket call the office. They Rock just posted their business card

Had a lot of tolls tickets and Adam did a phenomenal job taken care of me and I have no points.
Office always kept me informed and in the loop with emails on my cases. Great service will recommended and use them again if needed.AWESOME.

This was the first time I decided to use a service like this to defend me on a speeding ticket. They were easy to deal with initially when I set them up to represent me. They explained everything to me, it was all good. They told me when the court date was.
I called a couple days after, they informed me the date was changed, and gave me the new date.
I called 2 days after the second date, they informed me there were court fees which were the price of my tickets. I was okay with that (not ideal) as it didn’t give me any points. I paid the fees based on what they provided me. I learned I could pay the fees online.
The city proceeded to mess up the payments, I actually overpaid and they still owe me money. This whole process has taken over 9 months at this point.
The reason for the poor ratings were twofold. One was the cost and fact that I didn’t save any money, the second was that I had to keep calling to find out what was going on.
I wouldn’t use this firm again.

Let me start by saying that I was so nervous before calling. I have a New Jersey DL and I didn’t know what to do when my grace period to pay the ticket had passed. I googled what would happen and obviously you read the horror stories about people’s license getting suspended and having to pay double fees and court fees so automatically I went into panic mode. Anyway, I was going 65 in a 30 for unknown reasons so obviously I was smacked with like an almost 400 $ ticket my first speeding ticket ever btw, anywayyyyy I read the reviews and at first like any Unilocal user I was skeptic but I called and the girl who handled my case was so friendly, polite, well spoken and reassuring that I was confident I made the right choice my fee was 150 $ since my kind of ticket required a court appearance and long story short not even a week later my ticket was dismissed, no points, no court fees and not a damn worry I love this firm and I’m so happy with the service and the outcome !! You guys are in good hands !! Slow down people haha !!

Five stars for the Traffic Ticket Office in Miami! This place is basically right across the street from Esther’s restaurant on Northwest 103rd Street. Esthers has great soul food by the way.
Anyway, I have been using the Traffic Ticket Office (TTO) for more than a decade. I get my fair share of tickets and they have never failed me once. The good thing about TTO is they basically can handle tickets from just about every jurisdiction. I have gotten pulled over in Miami, NE Dade, Pines, Fort Lauderdale. The most recent tickets have been red light tickets. By the way, I’m not a bad driver; just an unlucky one. So, I have had a good deal of experience with TTO and they have always done a fantastic job.
They have a low price and great service. Anthony Mallo is a great attorney who you can trust. I have thankfully never got a DUI, but my buddy has, and TTO got him squared away.
I highly recommend the Traffic Ticket Office in Miami!

I had an accident for the first time ever and I was given the ticket. Not even my fault and thought it was crazy. Ida helped me out and she assured me not to worry. I was actually freaked out because I didnt want the points and my car insurance to go up or canceled especially since it was not my fault. Well I was so happy when I my ticket was dismissed. No points, no court costs, no school and for my insurances well it went up but It was not canceled. I highly recommend traffic ticket office… actually I did to a friend and she also had no points, no school or court costs. If I ever get another ticket I will definitely be back. Hopefully that wont happen, but if it does I will. Thanks Ida for helping me out.

I was very impressed with my representation by the Traffic Ticket Office. Their professionalism went above and beyond! The attorney who handled my ticket was Mr. Mallo, and not only was he prosefessional and curtious but the skill in which he handled my legal issue was Fantastic!!! I was always keeped in the loop of what was occurring with my case and never actually had to appear in court. Most importantly the disposition of my ticket, which Mr. Mallo achieved, was beyond my expectations. I am VERY glad that I went to the Traffic Ticket Office to deal with my traffic issue!

Let me start by saying I get a lot of tickets. Seems like I get one every 8 months.
So back in September I was stopped for speeding I’m Miami Beach (again) and was given this firm’s number from a coworker.
The office charged me $ 69.00 and I was told that I would not need to go to court and that I am guaranteed that I would not get points of my record. This all sounded great since I was not looking forward to going to court nor did I want the call from my insurance agent about yet another increase of my premium.
So, last Friday I received a letter from the office letting me know that my ticket was dismissed! I cannot be happier with their service and the result they got me.
Not that I will be getting another ticket :) but when I do I will be calling them again!

Terrible. I should have known better. When i handed over the $ 138, I had a feeling the Latina handling my paperwork was a moron. My case was sent to court on the 17th of July and today is the 14th of August and my fees are due in 2 days! I called numerous times and was assured it would take 4 – 6 weeks before I received any info on my case. I should have listened to the previous negative review on here and gone somewhere else!

Got a speeding ticket not too long ago and gave this place a shot because of the positive reviews. i was gonna go to the traffic clinic but i seen more negatives than positives with them.
all i can say about my case is: NO POINTS, NO CONVICTIONS, NO COURT FEES!!! i am sooooo happy everything worked out great for me. will be calling this place from now on. and telling my friends about it! WOOT WOOT! ^.^

I received another ticket because of my need for speed :(
well i called the traffic ticket office once again but this time i paid the 69 $ and 3 months later i got hit with court fees which were like 217 $ which is less than the actually ticket itself, which would have been 300+.
they dont guarantee no court fees but they guarantee that the court fees will be less than the ticket!!!
this is still a five star review.

When I first got my ticket, I wasn’t sure which office to use but my coworker suggested Traffic Ticket Office and I am so glad she did! Scott Hidnert took care of everything and I didn’t even have to go to court! I am more than satisfied and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs ticket defense.

I hired Scott Hidnert in August of 2010. During and before my minor «Improper Lane Change» case… I never spoke with him personally because he would never return my calls. It took me getting a late fee from the Miami-​Dade County Clerk and threatened to have my license suspended before I even knew what happened in the court case. I spoke with Scott after the case was final, only after calling his office daily for over a week. When he got on the phone he was rude, disrespectful, and constantly spoke over me. I was simply trying to ask him a few questions. I would never recommend Scott to anyone and will never work with him or his office again.

since day one of my 3 year relationship when i got my traffic ticket, (yes this case took 3 freggin years) this office has run like clockwork, The office staff was really helpful if i had any questions and were very clear on when the lawyers would be back in the office if i needed to speak to them directly. Either Scott j. Hidnert or Anthony Mallo are the lawyers in the office and both a ver professional. I know traffic court cases can also end up bad but it was just their level of customer service and professionalism that stood out. I have had other experiences with other ticket clinic places and have not been satisfied even when i won because of the lack of communication.
