From elaborate galas and parties to spectacular seven-​course dinners, we are prepared to accommodate any event, serviced by our very own executive kitchen. Our culinary creations are sure to please the most particular palate.

History

Established in 2000.

Construction began on Watson Island for the new «Parrot Jungle» in the year 2000. The plans of the new 17-​acre facility included covered parking, a restaurant, gift shop, offices and the long sought after banquet and conference facilities, which is now known as the Treetop Ballroom at Jungle Island.

I left a message for the gentleman in charge of catering. I wanted to check out their wedding venue since I needed an ample space for 150+. He luckily called me back, however because I got his name wrong he stated «let me begin again! Hello my name is…» And repeated his name. I understand i made the mistake but jesus you didnt have to be condescending. Its unfortunate that he treated me this way and I politely thanked him and hung up. I really don’t need to deal with rude people especially when its the most important date of my life.

Beautiful location, overlooking Jungle Island and Downtown Miami. I was there for the American Girl Fashion Show event, and it was set up very nice and elegant for the event. We only had light bites to taste, but the food was overall good. The staff is very courteous and knew everything about the location, once inside. I enjoyed myself a lot here!

I am currently here at a Dade County Women’s Club function. I am incredibly disappointed in the service mostly. There are easily 5 people attending our party and I haven’t seen a single smile. Anything we request seems to be an absolute chore for the staff.
I am incredibly astounded at the condition of the salt shakers. I am well aware that cleaning salt shakers can be a gigantic pain in the ass, but if you have metal tops, please take a moment to dry them before placing them back on the shaker. We had 2 non functioning salt shakers at the table and upon opening them we found clumped salt all the way to the shaker top and rust… yes rust!
The amount of money they charge per person should buy me a smile and rust-​free salt shakers.
I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great open spaces, multiple side rooms and wrap around balcony. What’s not to love?

This is a good venue with easy highway access and tons of parking, but they should have done a better job integrating the Jungle Island motif into the ballroom area. I can understand not wanting to overdo it if the ballroom area was elegant and disassociated from Jungle Island, but it’s not. Either way, this is a very good choice to host a large event.

Who would ever think that Jungle Island could have such a nice place to host a party, bridal shower or wedding.
Ive come here twice for special occasions and have been pleased with the staff, the location & the food. Treetop ballroom is a winner in my book!

Until a recent gala, I had no idea parrot jungle island had a banquet hall. The area is perfect for large events. The setup creates an easy flow for guests and the parking garage is extremely convenient. I can’t comment on the prices but the atmosphere and elegance of the décor where spot on!

Went to a wedding reception at the Treetop Ballroom. What a great venue!
Plenty of parking for guests inside their two-​story garage (Parking is free if you mention the event you attended).
Friendly and professional staff.
GREAT views of Downtown Miami and the Port.
Delicious food. (Calamari, sesame chicken, spanikopitas, etc. served during cocktail hour. The three-​course menu included a spring mix salad with grape tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and balsamic vinaigrette; a filet mignon cooked perfectly and served at the right temperature with two jumbo shrimps, potatoes dauphinoise, baby carrots, asparagus and cucumber. Vegetarian plates available for guests.)
Good mixologists.
Nice-​sized dance floor.
Fifteen tables each comfortably fitting 10-​persons each, with chivari chairs.
Lighting helped make a large room feel very quaint.

I was here for a bridal shower in October and showed up early to help set up.
The views are lovely and the staff was friendly.
The food was REALLY good. I was expecting normal banquet buffet food. You know, eeh. But this exceeded my expectations.
It is one large convention room that is section off to be however big you need. So the rooms are pretty bare. The prices to add on admission to the park for your guests were too high.

Whenever someone tells me they’re hosting an event at Jungle Island I jump on without hesitation.
The staff here is super friendly and on top of their game. The food is well prepared for being banquet hall food, always well presented and fresh.
The venue itself is gorgeous the views of the beach and Watson Island are both breathtaking.
I’ve been to several events here and I’ve never left disapointed.
