Luxury ladies, men’s and home consignment store. We specialize in contemporary high-​end designer clothes, shoes and accessories, however we carry a large selection of fine vintage.

History

Established in 1985.

After 27 years in the same location, Twice just moved to an 1,800 sq/​ft store on Red Road and SW 41 Street next to Delicias de Espana. We are now accepting consignments for home furnishings. Only gently used luxury designer ladies clothing, hand bags, shoes and accessories in pristine condition and ready to sell can be consigned. We work very closely with our consignors so that they understand what can and cannot be consigned. Customers quickly learn that consignment is not necessarily «second-​hand» shopping, but rather «treasure hunting»; consignment is to thrift what an antique is to used furniture. It’s style versus fashion and there is a marked difference. Style-​conscience women know exactly what color, fabric and cut works for them regardless of what’s trending. They can build a wardrobe by picking pieces from any era and make a statement.

The TWICE brand is the manifestation of a dream shared by husband and wife Gilberto and Carmen; a well-​known Spanish-​language personality and a veteran tv executive, respectively. Their appreciation for things with age, history and a sense of humor led them to open TWICE in 2009, as a way of introducing a new vintage consignment experience to Miami. They quickly outgrew their first location and after 2 years in their current store have added an additional outpost, CASA TWICE, dedicated to furniture and home décor. TWICE has been described as «A boutique curated by Indiana Jones» and «Anthropologie, but with real vintage» and South Florida can expect more of the same at CASA TWICE.

You can find Gilberto and Carmen at both shops, working hard but dreaming of their eventual retirement to a small village in Spain. Stop by TWICE and CASA TWICE to contribute to their retirement fun

I have given my items to consignment stores for years. I can speak objectively when I say this was the worst experience I have ever had with a second hand store. Carmen, the «owner,» is condescending and cold. I gave glasses to her for resale and she returned them to me without the case or cleaning cloth. When I expressed my concern, she jumped at me telling me «I’m sorry you’re so upset.» She then proceeded to help another customer and ignore my existence in her store. What bothers me is that she doesn’t realize that without customers… She has no product!!! I hope she can fix her attitude… And I hope she finally decides to invest in decent air conditioning.

lots of nice things, super nice staff. a little pricey but she mentioned she is willing to negotiate. lots of designer things, some vintage, pretty home furnishings. I also visited their furniture store down the road– good stuff there too. there is lots of metered parking around the corner.

I love this store! I read the great reviews on Unilocal and decided to check it out. I needed a dress for a black tie event and had been looking for the perfect dress for weeks. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so helpful. I explained that I was looking for a formal dress, they asked me questions and helped me pick out a few options to try on… and the first one was perfect. If only all of my shopping was that easy! I will definitely be going back.

the owner is so nice and helpful. there is always some type of sale! I once got an anthropology dress for $ 15! WHAT A STEAL! I would definitely recommend this shop. they always have designer brands and interesting clothes and furniture.

Fun consignment shop with a mix of kitschy and classy stuff. Furniture, decorative items, and some clothes. They will negotiate on prices too. Worth a visit! Parking is behind the shop, off to the side.

There is no place like this in Miami. Large and well-​curated, you can spot a pair of last season’s Prada shoes next to a vintage Courreges leather handbag and inches away from a collectible work of art. Eclectic in the very best way.
From funky jewelry (some 80s fabulousness, some 50s Havana) to evening gowns and furniture this adventure of a store is laid out very much like most of us live. Well, the most fashionable, funky, creative of us, anyway.
Carmen, the owner, is usually behind the counter passionately recounting the stories behind many of the items. She gets fashion and history and is always on top of the shop’s order and cleanliness, a rare thing to find in a consignment store.
Set aside a bit of time because there is a lot to see. I usually have to do two or three sweeps to catch all of the details. If you are a consignor, bring your best stuff, Carmen is picky but open minded. If time permits, you can have a yummy lunch next door at Delicias de España.
If you are visiting Miami from out of town, be sure to visit this place. It is destined to become a mini-​landmark for shoppers. If you’re a local, make a weekly trip, stuff moves fast here!

The shop is not closed but rather moved down the block on 57th Avenue just south of Bird Road on the west side. It is better than ever. It now has furniture too! Just went today and purchased a beautiful silk long sleeve blouse and black blazer — both for just under $ 100! Can’t be beat. The owners sense of style is impeccable and she will guide you to your best look but never pushy. If you want fashionable quality clothing in very good condition, I recommend you check out TWICE.

Do you like shopping at consignment and thrift stores? Do yourself a favor and head over to Twice in Coral Gables. Owner Carmen is a pleasure to deal with and though her store is small she has a lot of lovely things and goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly unlike her larger, snottier competitors. Check Twice out. You won’t be disappointed.

The shop is very nicely decorated, beautiful clothes, shoes, hats, jewelry, etc… The owner, Carmen, is very helpful and knowlegeable about designer’s clothing. I went to place some items on consignment and her advice was very helpful. Will continue to come here for exquisite clothes at very reasonable prices and highly recommend to family and friends.

It’s an okay shop. The owner is really nice and from NYC, but the brands in there weren’t amazing. I saw a few from lower end stores, and I was expecting more of a DvF, Theory sort of vibe, but I saw things that were not properly looked over. It was a bit of a hodge podge mess in the store.
I don’t think I’d go back. Parking was confusing as well, you have no idea where you can and cannot go, as it’s not in an ideal location.
Still, I saw ONE DvF and ONE Theory item… it wasn’t so bad.

I am so happy that I stopped by this little hole in the wall on Bird Road. My best friend told me that she had consigned some of her funky awesome clothes! The store is tiny but the selection is great! They only buy/​sell very upscale brands (think DVF, Gucci, Fendi, Ferragamo, LV) and everything is in amazing condition. Also, they only consign women’s clothing– no teen, mens’ or baby clothes! The owner, Carmen, is exuberant and enthusiastic about what she does; she knew various customers by name as they walked in the door. Although she offered to buy a few of my pieces, she suggested that I check out another consignment store — I went to the other and they bought almost double! I will definitely be shopping (and hopefully also consigning!) at Twice! It is the perfect place for an upscale shopper who has a strong sense of style and no time to sift through worn and tattered cast-​offs! Carmen will do it for you!
P. S. They even take American express! I know it’s hard for smaller merchants to take Amex but it’s great that I get to earn points here! A def bonus!
