Went to the Coral Gables location where the front desk clerk took one look at my phone and refused to touch it, even if I waived liability.
After that experience I went to the Kendall location (the one I’m reviewing now) and spoke to Alex. He got me in and out of there in 20 min for $ 20. If Alex’s boss ever reads this, thanks for staffing employees that make an effort to fix issues. Alex fixed mine and I’m more than satisfied. $ 20 to bend the phone back into place is way better than buying a whole new phone.

Ok, so my phone was fixed in less than an hour and up till this point the phone seems to be working just fine. Nonetheless, the customer service representative was a bit of a jerk in his form.
I certainly don’t like feeling mistreated or belittled and he comes off as someone who partakes in making customers feel uncomfortable. The prices weren’t the most fair, I have heard of other places that offer cheaper prices. I was just desperate and wanted a quick fix so didn’t bother shopping around. Certainly I would think about returning because of the way the rep made me feel.

The repair for my phone was a little steep but they did a good job and placed the protector screen I purchased on my phone for me. Honestly, I was mostly afraid of them switching out my battery since that’s happened to me before. They didn’t do that and I’m glad they’re an honest business. Definitely would recommend.

My toddler daughter broke her headphone jack inside her iPad. They were awesome. Fixed in less than 10 min. Good as new! This is going to be my go to place for iPhone and iPad repair!

Came in on a Friday afternoon as a walk-​in for an iPhone 6 screen and lcd replacement. I was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. It was ready in 20 mins and looked good as new! It is expensive but I called several places and it was the same or more so I went with them because of the great reviews.
I can say the only thing I did not like was they ask for your passcode and basically have full access to your phone while they are repairing it. Not sure why they need the passcode but, I could just be ignorant to how these things work. This was the first time I ever cracked a screen.

Came in for a fix on my Note 4. Cracked screen from the top and went to down the side. they wanted to charge me $ 300 for the fix. told the fat dude with the beard that I’ll think about it. Went back to my car and drove to CPR on 8th St and 141 ave on my way to work. they said they’d fix it for $ 250 and if they could give me a better deal. turns out they couldn’t fix it for a cheaper price than $ 250, but the fact that they tried to was amazing. got my phone the next and it looks and works brand new! don’t go to this place unless you wanna pay more.

UBREAKIFIX is amazing! They are quick and they make your phone look brand new. I needed a new screen on my iPhone and in about 30 minutes it was finished. I’m so happy with the work that was done. I definitely recommend people to come here for all your phone needs.

I will begin by admitting, I ran over my iPhone… long story.
I headed over to apple desperately, they were going to charge an arm and a leg to replace entire device, as it was «unfixable».
My husband had heard about ubreak, and we decided to head there instead.
We were greeted by young man, he took a look, told us to wait so a tech can check it out, and let us know if fixable. He came back, results were positive.
We spent $ 100 and entire screen was replaced and audio (speaker) of phone was fixed.
I am glad I gave this place a try. Hopefully I won’t need to return, but I continuously recommend it.
Side note: Place is kept neat and clean, TV and small area can be used while you wait for phone.

Love the fact that you can set up an appointment online – saves time! They’ll confirm your date/​time and the rest is a breeze. Breaking your phone is stressful and these people get it. The store has a lounge waiting area where you can chill – you probably need it if you’re dealing with a cracked screen – and the staff is friendly. An hour later, and your phone is brand new. And if you’re anything like me [clumsyqueen], pick up an otterbox while you’re there, they have those for sale too!
