DO NOT ORDER PILLOWS FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased 2 «Thinny flat pillows» for $ 7.95 each. It cost $ 15.20 to ship these small pillows totaling $ 31 that took 3 weeks for me to receive! They put them in this ridiculously huge box that was ½ empty space. The pillows were not good quality, when I brought to post office to be returned it was going to cost me $ 12.00 to have them shipped back in the same box + 10% restocking fee and no refund on the shipping. So basically If I want to return them I spend $ 27.20 on shipping of 2 crappy $ 7.95 pillows to get $ 13.31 credited back to my card! Lesson learned!

Good work! Happy with the overall transaction. The company quickly sent us the swatch we wanted We ordered on Jan 27^th and took delivery on Feb 14^th, which seemed reasonable. We ordered several new «indoor» pillows and a case for an insert we already had. So far what we have seems good value, with substantial-​feeling fabric and neat sewing. Looks and feels great on our couch! And much cheaper than buying where we live, even with the cost of shipping from Florida to Arizona. The only less-​than-​great part was getting a tracking number and finding out when shipping would occur. I had to call the company twice for that.

Very happy with this order. It was for cushions for an antique drawing room suite straight out of a French château, so the order needed to be custom made. I was a bit nervous about doing this with a company I so far away, but the job they did was to my exact specifications, and was still cheaper, including shipping from Florida to Hawaii, than having the job done locally. Amazing! Thank you!

I ordered custom down/​feather/​foam inserts for sofa cushions. I emailed the drawings/​measurements (slight adjustment to the web offerings) with all of the details. They responded immediately with the same figure the web page yielded, how long it would take and the charge for shipping which was quite reasonable from Florida to Washington state. I knew the order was shipped because I received a notice from my CC co. at the time United said the inserts would be ready. They arrived in perfect condition, well packaged in a thick plastic bag inside a sturdy cardboard box. These inserts replaced inserts done when this sofa was reupholstered years ago. Hand tied, hand nailed, custom work. The inserts from United exceed the originals by miles. Impeccable workmanship, reasonable prices. The Sofa has never been this comfortable!

I wish I would have read the other reviews before I ordered from United Pillow. The ordering process was painful: I requested a change in the order about an hour after it was placed, but it was never acknowledged nor confirmed (Even though my Visa was billed within seconds). The pillows took over a month to ship, even though it said, «Ships within 2 – 5 business days,» on the email they sent to me. When I called about the order, I was told that the pillows were «made to order.» Who does this? I make pillows for a profession, and I’ve never heard of such a thing. On top of that, I paid over the top rates for ground shipping … $ 78. for 18 pillows! I just opened up the box and found out the whole order hasn’t even been shipped! Get with it, United Pillow!

While the products are of good quality, the orders and shipping department personnel are lacking severely. I have ordered from them 3 times, each time the order was not shipped until I called in to check on the order, even tho the order was marked as «Complete» within a day or two. There were several years between the 2^nd and 3^rd order, so I had forgotten this fact.
If you order from them, call within the next day or two and push them to get you a tracking number. I waited just over 2 weeks for my order to arrive before I called. It was out within 24 hours, although they made the excuse that their systems were down and would call me back with the tracking number. In reality, they had to get it packaged and shipped so that they had one. Not that they ever called back or emailed it.
Like I said, good merchandise, just make sure they do their jobs.

Ordered pillow inserts that were specifically for use in outdoor pillows. Well, after two years of outside use the inserts are completely disintegrating. They obviously were never designed for outdoor use. I could not be more dissatisfied. Will not do business with United Pillow again.

I ordered two pillows from them. The entire process was PAINFUL! They charged my credit card for the order immediately but it took over three weeks to receive the order. The shipping was ~$ 15 for two pillows? There was no communication throughout the process other than brief responses to my questions about my order status. They lied to me about the shipping date. It took 4 emails from me until they finally sent me a tracking number over 2 weeks after they charged my credit card. The Thinny firm pillow looked like a ½″ sponge covered with some material. Not firm at all. Just a completely disorganized and unprofessional company. Avoid these jokers like the plague!

I am so upset and disappointed in my pillows. I thought I had finally found my thin pillows I had been in search of for over a year. The shipping was fine — it took about 2 weeks to receive once I placed the order. The problem is I ordered the thinny pillow which is very flat. I love the flat pillows I have now but cannot find them anywhere. What united is calling a pillow is a joke — it is nothing more than a piece of rigid rectangle batting that you can buy at walmart. I could not believe it. They literally shoved a piece inside a zippered pillow case. Most pillows come with a cover sewn over them and have a shape to them — even my flat pillow I have now has a cover permanently sewn over it and the sides are tapered. The «pillow» I received is nothing more than a i inch thick piece of rigid polyester type material shoved into a pillow case. I tried sleeping with them but they are just to rigid
So in order to salvage my $ 100 (10 pillows) investment I went and bought a huge roll of the high loft quilters polyester batting that comes in rolls. For my version of a thinny pillow I used 2 layers and for just a slightly thicker pillow i used 3 layers. I wish I had just done this to begin with because I now have the wonderful flat pillows I wanted. The only thing I was able to salvage was the zippered pillow cases that came with my United Pillows and I gave a friend that does a lot of arts and craft projects the piece stuffing that they called a pillow.

I would not recommend doing business with them. They take too long to ship (took 3 — 4 weeks and then only half the order was shipped). Also ridiculous shipping costs. $ 18 to ship 4 lightweight pillows from Miami to NY. And CS is horrid. I called to complain when only half the pillows arrived. She said she would need to look into it and call back. Never did. The thin pillow is the one I really wanted and these did not arrive. But they charged my CC the moment the order was placed. Would not recommend them at all. I’m going to attempt email with them now since they never returned my call. And it’s been a month since the order was placed. And I paid the CC charge already since they charged me the day the order was placed.

Ordered the Thinny Pillow as I have a hard time finding a non puffy one. Waited two weeks even though charged enough for shipping that it should have been faster.
However, in my opinion this is not even a pillow — it is a rectangular piece of synthetic quilt batting. I could have just got the batting and put it in a cover if I knew that is all this was!
My main complain is that is crinkles and is noisy when I move my head on it… how do you sleep with that?
Alas, they won’t refund shipping and charge a 10% restock fee when I truly believe this is mis advertsisng.
Not worth sending back on those terms — I will doabte them to cjharity and hope someone gets use from them but will never deal with this company again.

I ordered my pillow on March 14 and just received it today, April 4. I sent a follow up email on March 28 and March 31, and the only reply I got was an email with tracking information that was finally sent to UPS on April 1. Not even a «sorry for the inconvenience.» Haven’t tried the pillow yet but not happy with the customer service. Will update if I like the product but wouldn’t buy from here again anyways.

PHENOMENAL — SO HAPPY TO FIND THIS COMPANY. Finally, I have resolved my pillow issue re a spinal problem with United. Thirty years of purchasing pillows that are not flat enough, or are too flat, resulting in immediate cervical destabilization. United has pillows that you can adjust by moving the stuffing out or in. I bought a Thinny flat standard 20×26 and an ADJUSTABLE Thinny standard size 20×26 cluster and took some of the adjustable stuffing and put it into the flat standard and now have two perfect pillows for my situation. SHIPPING WAS EXCELLENT in spite of it being Christmas time and their notifications after purchase were also excellent. GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! THANK YOU UNITED!

Great, great, great! I’ll definitely order here again when I need new cushions. I was able to order outdoor chair cushions in exactly the size I was looking for, with the Sunbrella fabric color I wanted (lots of fabric choices and colors). In addition to the cushions I had custom sized down-​filled lumbar pillows made to match the cushions and everything is super comfortable and looks fantastic on my deck. I’m glad I found this company and I highly recommend them. Thanks UP.

Very good experience. I’ve read other reviews that complain about United Pillow, but my experience was very good.
I ordered, received a confirmation immediately, and ~10 days later received my pillows. They were exceptionally well packaged — a very sturdy box, with the pillows wrapped in a plastic bag, with the box strapped with strong packing straps. Nothing could have harmed them.
The pillows were of fine quality for the price.
The ONLY thing they could do better would have be to send an email update notifying when the order is shipped. Otherwise, I WOULD DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
Smooth web transaction, and the price was unbelievably good.

The product overall was exactly what I ordered and as I expected no complaints there. The only complaint was how long it took for them to ship the product. It was not a large order was only 3 foam cushions. I placed my order and waited 10 days to check the status and was told it would ship that week, and it didn’t. So the next week I emailed them to check the status again, and finally get a email notification with a traction number. So if you are expecting an «xpress» service like their website
may lead you to expect, don’t, 19 days to cut 3 pieces of foam and ship them.

Received my pillows almost to the day that I was told they would arrive! Good service and the pillows are what I wanted!
