I was VERY Happy with the service dept. It started with Nestor… Than my service advisor Jennifer and Aaron. All did a great job. Jennifer was very informed about my Jaguar.
I live in Boca Raton and I would certainly bring my car back for service at Warren Henry.
The loaner car worked out great .
I did not buy my car there but when I was looking I found Warren Henry sales dept. honest and straight forward.

this is still the best place I would not go to the other dealer in the gable they are the worst I have ever seen, they just don’t care, warren henry is open on Sundays which helps me out a lot. Nestor the manger has been there for ever and knows how to treat people he really cars the best thank you warren henry

After just having recently moved to the Miami area, I had much trepidation about leasing a luxury car after visiting Audi, & Mercedes. The salespeople were not fully comprehending my leasing needs, and kept trying to change my mind on what I told them I wanted… Not a good approach to a female consumer… I lamented to a friend who suggested I visit a Warren Henry dealership for a quick introduction to the new Jaguar Sedan. As soon as I walked in, I felt very comfortable with my salesperson Ron Gibbs; he patiently answered ALL my finance/​lease/​car questions without interrupting me with what he thought «my mthly lease number should be.» Did I mention I had taken my 3&5yr old to the dealership:(…Warren Henry came out himself and led my 3&5 year old by the hand to the TV room, where he promptly put on a kids show and supplied them both with cheezit crackers… The paperwork was a breeze, the dealership delivered the car to my home that evening! Mr. Ron Gibbs showed up himself to explain all the car features and was even kind enough to offer to deliver a bag of food to the homeless shelter nearby that I had wanted to deliver earlier that day. Warren Henry blew me away on their customer service, and patience in the car buying process. I am a convert and a Warren Henry customer for life!

Walked into this dealership and no one stood up to greet or offer assistance. They were all sitting at their desk. I walked outside to look around this small crowed dealership but again, no one approached me. I wonder if they assessed me by the outer look. I got back into my car and drove away. Every person that comes into a business facility should be greeted and introduced to an available Sales consultant, regardless of perception.

Easy car buying experience! Julio Blanco took care of me as I was in and out under 2.5 hours. My first Jaguar and so far overall happy. Would recommend you pay them a visit if your in the market for a Jaguar.

I’m the 1^st to review this car dealer? I bought a new Jag in ’04 and ’06 and have a used one now. Twice I have gone to their «dealer event» based on a marketing email. Both times, no event. Both times the sales manger wasn’t concerned about my inconvenience, barely looking up from his computer screen. I won’t even bother telling you about the «airhead» salesman from the last fiasco. What’s wrong with these people? The only person to make a genuine apology was owner Larry Zinn himself. The sales manager is grossly overweight and looks very unhealthy. Perhaps it is difficult for him to leave his desk. I would not buy a car from them again unless Mr Zinn himself helps me, which he already agreed to.

This week I took home our 4^th car from Warren Henry, and it will not be the last. Bill Siemer was the person I had the pleasure of dealing with for the purchase of my AMAZING 2013 Jaguar F-​Type. I could go on for hours about how I love this car but the review is about the dealership and 5 star service I received and have come to expect from such a professional team. This was my first time working with Bill and he was extremely helpful and helping me find the car I wanted explaining all the different options and packages and having me try cars in different trim before making my decision. When it came time to take delivery of my new Jaguar, Bill himself took care off all my personal belongings and transferred them from my trade-​in (a Range Rover Westminster also purchased from Warren Henry) to the new car.
As always simply amazing.
