I’ve been working with White Shark Media for five months and they’ve been incredible. My sales have increased significantly and seeing as I haven’t been doing anything different, really, I have to credit it to WSM. They’ve been very responsive any time I have a question or adjustment, so I have no complaints with their communication like other reviewers. They may have been unresponsive in the past, but obviously they’ve addressed the complaints with an improvement in their service.

Working with this company for nearly a year, I am angry with them.
First, they often do not return phone calls. In the last three interactions, they are supposed to call me and they did not. I have to call them.
Second, they try to find all the reasons to raise their prices. A pause of my campaign triggered a new set up fee and 25% fee increase. It is simply wrong and dumb as well.
Third, the results of their work is unclear.
I have real problem with the management of this company. It appears to me that they are greedy, ineffective, and basically do-​not-​care.

This company has called my company a total of four times today. It has been the same sales associate all four times. He has been told to take us off his list four times. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the fact they are so unprofessional and aggressive in their sales tactics.
